The quality is very bad. The service is slow and bad. The person put 4 small meatballs and heat them up in the microwave with the cheese and salsa on top. Then he put them in the sandwich but all the cheese and salsa came out and he threw it away, so I got an only meat ball sandwich.

Rudest person I've had to interact with in years. Rude to others, rude to me, mumbling under his breath about everyone. Add in the airport price gouging and I can guarantee I will never be back here. Twice as much as Subway, which is expensive enough, and you get a jerk's attitude to boot. Go literally anywhere else.
