Loved this place! If you're a foodie, you will too. Carefully curated menu with signature fares and seasonal offerings, alike. We had the poutine fries, a couple of burgers and a featured grilled cheese with huckleberry jam-delicious! Our friends had the poutine burrito and other burgers, along with the crab and green fries. We don't eat shellfish, but they say it was delicious. We would definitely come here again when in town.

Hard to find seating. Food is fresh. Sometimes takes a while, but my kids can sit through the wait. Parking is sometimes hard to find, depending on the day. Service could be a little friendlier. We have found they are when it’s less busy.
We visit when we come to Omaha every other year or so.
We usually try something different each time we go. And enjoy it.

Had the Pulled Pork Roll, Poutine Burrito, and an order of fries. All 3 were great. We arrived a bit before open on a Saturday and were the first group in line. We ordered, picked out a table, and an employee came over and offered to set our friends crutches against the wall. Will happily go again the next time we're in town!

The people behind the counter were amazing. Great place for food in general, excellent place of you need gluten free food.

Cool spot, greasy slightly elevated burgers and the like
Long waits and a bit pricey though
Great food but gotta get there early, or it takes a while to get through the line. The Dragon Wrap is fantastic here.

Tiny downtown spot with big personality. Their Croque Garçon burger is insane — runny egg, crispy ham, and truffle mayo all dripping down your hands. The line moves fast, staff cracks jokes, and the food hits that perfect comfort zone. Totally one of those “hole-in-the-wall but unforgettable” places.

Good duck duck goose fries and good burger!
I’ve been going here before I even moved to Omaha which marks 3 years since being here. It’s a staple for my sister and I. I would say skip the salad. The croque garcon burger is where it is at with the duck duck goose fries. Also dragon fries are amazing as well. Every time I’ve went they have been busy. I think lunch hour on a weekday is like bloodshed if you want to wait up to an hour otherwise normally my wait is pretty average and not terrible.

Absolutely delectable 10/10 for my meal it was the best roast beef type (oxtail) sandwich and that cheese pull was killer! (My whole reach!) My wife had the Sailor burger and she said it was a 6/10 it tasted good but was advertised to have beef tallow so it should have been a moist burger but she said it was a dry burger. Water was available to drink while waiting and the service was about as good as a burger joint can get. The poutine also had a very few cheese curds and so much gravy that the fries were swimming in it which is why I overall gave the meal between us two four stars.

My husband took us to Block 16 for dinner, he spent almost $100 for dinner. He ordered a burger that came out very red inside—almost raw. When he politely asked the lady who’s usually there if they could cook it a little more, she looked at the receipt and told him that since he didn’t ask for the burger to be well done, she could make a new one but he would have to pay for it.
The service was disappointing, and the lady didn’t seem to care about the situation at all. I don’t understand why customers are treated this way, especially when the food is undercooked and the request was reasonable. We’ve liked their food before, but this experience really changed how we feel about going back.
