Blue sushi has always been one of my favorite sushi places in Omaha. Had the ceviche, mango crab Rangoon, the Hot popper roll, Lion king roll, Smoked Philadelphia roll, and the Cherry bomb. All of them were delicious. Service was quick and friendly. We went around 3pm during happy hour.

Visiting from out of town and came across this place on the map and decided to try it out!

Food
- Crab Rangoon: very little filling on the inside but the sauce was a sweet and spicy mix that was a good complement for the wonton skin to dip into.
- Tidal Wave: a flavorful roll the eel sauce tied everything together really well.

We enjoyed four different platters of sushi rolls, raw and cooked. The portions were perfect, the food was amazing, and the happy hour pricing can't be beat. Our server, Carly, really took care of us and even suggested one of her favorites for our last platter, the Cloud 9.
