Wow! Never have we ever had such a poor customer experience! I don't recommend this place for multiple reasons:
We reserved a group outing for 20+ people today - well in advance. We were then pushed from the front tables we had at 4 p.m., no more than minutes after our 1 hour reservation from 5-6 ended at 5:53 for league bowling. When we moved back to the 2nd row, at the table we already had, we were then asked to leave that table again; and full drinks were taken and disposed of without notice. When I told him he was losing "brownie points," he said he would get them back from his manager. Well, I hope your manager appreciates you losing an extremely large corporate business account. You could have had many more referrals (with fun group holiday outings - since we had fun bowling), but your lack of respect and kindness to our group lost you a lot of business. Taking away our drinks, when clearing our tables for no one; and raising the prices by double after already having a booking confirmation really sealed the deal for a poor customer experience.
I really wish this had gone better; but best of luck to those who make plans here. It was a far less than an admirable experience for us. We will not be back.

A nice change of pace for a night out. The mini bowling is pretty neat. Nice outside area with a walk up bar.

Amazing experience here from start to finish. Deion at security was so sweet and pleasant, Cera and Tabi at the bar were attentive and kept my drink filled. 11/5 stars

Very fun way to spend a couple of hours--we've been here twice, both for work functions. The food (pizza, phillies, and loaded fries in particular) used to be stellar, but for whatever reason they revamped their menu for the worse the last time we were in. Bring the original menu back, please. Cocktails were tasty and they had mocktails available, too.

This place is great! Instead of looking at visiting relatives across a dining room table, running out of things to say, take them here! No real exercise, no shoe rental/swap (gross), no picking balls, etc. what’s not to like?

Loved the idea of this. Lots of problems with the the accuracy of the machine counting the pins and machine malfunctioning and wouldve been great if there was food and parking is somewhat difficult to find. Service was great and loved the atmosphere. Nice time i will try the wonderbowl out west.
