Honestly the food is very good, the liquor is not watered down, they have some nice pool tables, but they are just very unwelcoming and my last experience was bad. I don't go where I'm not welcome. I've read several reviews where people said the same. This business is open to the public, but they have their people that they like.

I went there earlier and it was very poor service. The bartender was not attentive, she didn’t come to our table until I went to the bar and got her then I waited for her to get off her phone to even request her to come over to our table. We waited an hour for boneless wings and an order of traditional chicken wings. She served us dirty utensils and flat coke in our drinks. She didn’t check on us but checked on several other tables and walked past ours. She was on her phone several times instead of serving ppl. Also my friend had dirty silverware as well. And our food was super greasy!

Great food but horrible customer service by waitresses, bartenders and owners. After spending money with you 3 times a week you make me want to never come back every single time. Mike says the shrimp tempura has never been feathered like it’s been the last 10 years.

their menu prices don’t match what they charge you & They don’t do pick up orders over the phone. The customer service could be a little friendlier, especially when greeting guests when they come in & not ignoring them when they try to get serviced at the bar.
I've been eating here for years. I'm a regular at this point. In 2019 it was possible to buy a bacon cheeseburger here for a reasonable price, ($12-13) depending on extras. I just ate here this week, 2023, and ended up paying $16 for the same exact burger. I also noticed a "non cash up charge" of almost another dollar. I basically paid $20 for a bacon cheeseburger that used to cost $5-$6 less just a few years ago. The new pricing increase isn't justified given I'm eating the same thing they've always served. 4 stars is bc the staff, but I've noticed the price hike and it can't be overlooked at this point. I feel like the owner doesn't even like the ppl in the area, if he did then why charge a cover and why raise prices so blatantly in such a short time? Stop patronizing Bogies and maybe the owner will sell to someone that actually has respect for its customers as a ppl.
