We finally decided to try this place, and it was honestly such a disappointment. The food looked nothing like advertised, and it was so bland we may as well have just gone to McDonald’s. The older worker at the counter who took our order was extremely unpleasant and barely spoke when we asked questions about the menu. What’s worse, we think he was the manager since every other worker was a teenager. This was the Pacific street location. Overpriced and a complete waste of time. We will never go back.

Best of Omaha Fries burgers and chicken. Everything is made fresh never frozen. Friendly staff, while it is self service the staff is dedicated and friendly to the customers.

Had never been there before and the employee working asked what I liked and disliked and made some suggestions and was very polite. Plus the food was 300x better than that big m down the road and priced better as well

Ordered five combos, paid for five combos. They packed into two bags dumping the fries together on top of burgers. When I got to destination only four burgers were inside. Fries everywhere spilled together. Why did they miss count and attempt to pack two bags with five orders. They should have put each order separately so they could insure they did things correctly and not spilled fries all over.
