I got the top sirloin cooked Medium. It was overcooked, super dry, and tough as an old boot. Couldn't eat it all. I realize sirloins are generally a bit chewy but this one was just plain tough. Beef jerky is easier to eat. Disappointed in the taste as well. Probably due to being overcooked. My wife told me to send it back. I don't like to do that in case the replacement came back the same. Perhaps their other steaks are better. I do not recommend the top sirloin. Definitely not worth $30 ($40 with tax and tip).

Stopped by Brother Sebastian’s while in town and was blown away. Friendly host staff was able to get our group in right away despite a busy (and reservation-packed) evening. Server was friendly and attentive. A large beverage and cocktail menu has something for everyone. Salad bar also had tons of options and dedicated attendants keeping items stocked and the salad bar clean. My sirloin steak was incredible and I was blown away at the value. Trip to the salad bar (with full size plates! No tiny salad bar plates here!) large steak and two sides all for under $30?! In this economy? Highly recommend!

Love the intimate separate little dining rooms with fireplaces. That and the food is awesomely tasty. Mmmmmm

Loved the monastery decor and atmosphere. The bells ringing and chanting while you approach the entrance is a nice touch. Service was excellent. Never had to ask for anything, our server was there right when we needed him. Salad bar was excellent. Everything was fresh and the options were plentiful. The food was top notch and our Baked Alaska dessert was delicious and had a great tableside presentation. Will definitely go again if I am in Omaha.

Friends steak was undercooked, she returned it to be cooked more and it was pretty obvious that if it had been at all, it wasn't much. Other food was good, but pricey I thought. But that's 2025 for you.

First-time visit—and it did not disappoint! My wife and I couldn’t decide on a dinner spot, but I’d always wanted to try this place. They seated us quickly, and our waiter was exceptional from start to finish.
My wife ordered the salmon and I went with the steak. We were both pleasantly satisfied with our meals. My steak was cooked perfectly medium with a flavorful peppercorn gravy and just the right amount of pink. There are plenty of good steakhouses out there, but this one had a nostalgic, old-school steakhouse vibe that really stood out.
We will most certainly be back.

Place came recommended by a colleague and it did NOT disappoint!! Some of the best prime rib I've ever had. The bread pudding old fashioned was absolutely amazing!! Pricing was reasonable. Service was very attentive. Different areas throughout restaurant are all themed/decorated a little differently. Salad bar was delicious and well maintained! Delicious bread to start. I will absolutely come back when I'm in town again!!

We had a fabulous family lunch meal experience with Nicole as our amazing and attentive service. We started with an appetizer sampler, Oso Bleu cocktails, and a caraf of wine. My rib eye was perfect and savory, as was the asparagus. I enjoyed the fresh salad bar as well. We had frog legs, and prime rib and meat loaf, and ended with a cinnamon cheesecake for dessert. Everything was hot, and plated nicely. We sat by the fireplace and had plenty of room for the 5 of us. We will be going back soon, and bring the rest of the family. Well worth the price.
