Love this place most of the time, but this morning they dropped the ball twice on to go orders. Very very disappointing when I was trying to show people how great it was. For the price I wish they’d paid more attention to detail today.
I like the bagels but they are really sabotaging themselves by changing where you place orders. The order counter is far from the bagel display they're losing out on Impulse buys on seasonal bagels and bagel bundles.
Also nearly every person walking in the last several times I came here went to the wrong counter so the line is a nightmare.
If the system is not reverted this store will soon be out of business

Always a family favorite!! My son and I are regulars and have been for years. My only complaint is the fact that every time staff, specifically managers, change, so do several things within the store too, including employees and the way things are prepared. It's somewhat inconsistent, and literally 60% of the time, my son's breakfast bagel sandwich is made incorrectly, forcing me to complain and them having to remake it.
