Every single time I come here I order the exact same thing and it's ALWAYS a different price and there is ALWAYS something wrong with the order! I don't why I keep coming, that's probably on me.

My mom loved this place when she lived in the area 30 years ago. We decided to stop in. At first I was impressed and liked all of the cream cheese flavors. She said her bagel sandwich tasted really good too. However, the manager had to train a newer employee on how to make smoothies while they were making mine. The smoothie was way over priced. But worse, the manager(I think he was the manager but I’m not sure) had been out smoking and did not wash his hands when he came in. When he handed me my smoothie, it looked like he hadn’t washed his hands in a week. The rest of his hygiene wasn’t great either. He had licked his finger while making my smoothie as well. And they were nice people! Just unfortunately it doesn’t matter how good the food is or how nice they are if the employees are not clean. They didn’t even wear any gloves.

I was doing an Uber Eats order at this location. The man working out front had a surly demeanor and was impatient and dismissive. I informed him I was going to use the restroom before picking up the order to wash my hands and this seemed to set him off. He was annoyed waiting for me to verify the order even though he requested that I do so for him to see. No problem with that request as I hate it when drivers take the incorrect order. But his demeanor was impatient and then I asked for a drink carrier and he flippant replied nope.
I can't imagine going in as a customer and vendors deserve respect too

I've been going here almost weekly and their bagels are good every time. The orders never take too long and they always come out just right. Highly recommend as a breakfast spot, I personally recommend the asiago bagel as a sandwich or a cinnamon sugar bagel with butter.

Late on a Tuesday morning there was no wait and the staff was really friendly and helped us make a selection. We really like their bagel and cream cheese selection, and being able to select which bagel to use for each sandwich. Music was good too!

This was one of the worst experiences I've had at this location. I understand being busy I get that and I was patient waiting 30 mins for my order. But to wait that long and have all 3 of the sandwiches I ordered come out wrong it's ridiculous. These sandwiches are not cheap and I literally asked you to do less work by not putting cream cheese and mayo all over our sandwiches. Not cool!!

I did not write that last post. That was posted supposedly by me. But however, I was recently an employee there. But every time I go in as a customer or a doordasher. I was treated with disrespect by the manager. Telling me not to talk to the Employees while they are Working and while i was working there I was informed that is positive customer communication But when I go in there it is not allowed. Regardless of the nature. The place does not know the difference between work and off the clock hours. Scott gives quite a few customers attitudes. I've seen this while working there. I also was victim to it multiple times while off the clock and on the clock. Tell me to skip over doordash. Orders to do order aheads first when they are basically the same thing Otherwise the food is good I would recommend the food

Yeaaa this place gets 5 stars from me. The staff always nice and greet me, always in a positive mood when speaking with customers. Food is great, i get the Vermonter everytime. The location is very peaceful.

The workers are kind. person taking orders seemed to be too overwhelmed and we had to repeat what we wanted several times. It took them a while to get our food out which I understand with how busy it was it takes time. My boyfriend and I took home to eat but neither of our sandwich’s were correct so we paid for overpriced bagel sandwich that we didn’t ask for.
