Always a pleasant trip no matter which Bruegger’s location I visit. The staff were friendly and efficient and the bagels and coffee were delicious as always.

This is an all-time favorite of my son and I's for late breakfast on the weekends or an early bite before school during the week. They open early, which is great! There were a lot of changes with staff and the store itself in the last year, so honestly, they struggle to get out order correct most days. And it's super simple. Other than that, we're still coming back bc we're lifers. Just need to step up their game again!! The store is clean, and they are fairly proficient! Plus, if u complete the survey on ur receipt, it gets you 2 free bagles your next visit, and you can't beat that!

These people at 12989 Center street are absolutely rude! They even talk crap about customers in front of you. They seem all pissed off. I been here a couple times and every time the same people look mad and rude to you. First time I ever when here the bagel sandwich I ordered was over creamed all you could taste is a mouthful of cream cheese. Couldn't taste the egg or brisket. All locations make sure you can't call them or leave a message. And the cherry on top is they sure ask you for a tip when their bagels are way over priced. Why would I wanna tip bad service, rude employees and slow service. Then give you unfriendly look if you don't. I'd give them a - 10 stars if I could.

Waited 15 mins in drive through and spent $11 on one raw bagel (the dough was actually not baked properly) bagel sandwich.

I love coming here on Saturday mornings! The employees are nice and the bagels are so good. Try to avoid the drive through line, sometimes it gets really busy and backed up. It’s better to go inside and get your order. In my experience. But highly recommend!!

I ordered (4) Bruegger's Dozen Bagel Packs this last Wednesday morning. When I arrived for pick up there were (2) dozen ea. in (2) boxes. They were trying to be efficient, but I explained I needed (4) separate orders and that I had time to wait. I could tell the girl was having a rough morning and this added to her exasperation. But, although she was perturbed, she separated them into (4) orders that were complete with plates, napkins and utensils which is above and beyond what I normally receive. And I've already gotten business from a client I visited as a result of her efforts. I just wanted to say Thank you!

Rude workers, make the extra drive time to Dodge location. Asked recommendations on which coffee was good and lady was rude. Although 1 of the other works was very sweet.

I love Breuggers and have never had an issue. I usually get the smoked salmon sandwich and its awesome! Today I stepped out and opted for 2 blueberry 2 plain with a side of cream cheese for each. I was surprised at the total being $16 since there was an offering on the menu board for 13 bagels with two tubs of cream cheese for $18, and now that I check the website theres a bundle for a half dozen with a tub of cream cheese for $12. I paid because I’m non-confrontational and the drive thru was pretty busy. I wish that half dozen bundle was offered on the drive thru menu so I wouldve seen/gotten a better deal, but again I love Breuggers and I’ve learned for my next visit!

Ive always loved this place but honestly every time i go I have yo be prepared to get this…. thats how many times this has happened. This place has gone very down hill within the past few years also don’t bother calling to ask them for new food.. they don’t answer the phone.
Ordered $100 of bagels, got ghosted instead. Turns out 'Everything' bagels don't include customer service.

It was 1:50, I know almost closing time, but I ordered a garden veggie sandwich on pumpernickel. She said, “just garden veggie? Anything else. I said yes garden veggie cream cheese on the veggie sandwich. Can I have that with a different cheese than Swiss?” It only comes w cream cheese or Swiss. Ok cream cheese. (Even though I know that’s not right). Do you have cheddar? No, not in cream cheese. “I know not in cream cheese. But for the cheese”. No maam, we don’t offer cheddar. Ok. No problem. Just the garden veggie on pumpernickel. “So no veggies?” Yes, all the veggies on a pumpernickel. Well, we don’t offer cucumbers no more. “That’s fine”. I get to the hotel, and the picture shows what I received. A dry bagel with no cream cheese, no cheese and barely any veggies. Not spending $8 on this here ever again. I’d been happier if she just said they were closed, cause obviously her mind had already checked out. Very disappointed.

I went here to order a herby turkey sandwich not really sure what I got considering its ment for maybe a 4 year old. The portions are small for the price they ask but adding two to three slices of turkey to sandwich can help. Won’t be back

Food is always good- however bagels are made sloppily and they NEVER put napkins in the bag. They demand a tip when you go through the drive through. Not to mention when you give said tip- you don’t even get a thank you.
