the last two times i’ve gotten bruegers i’ve been disappointed because i don’t get what im paying for. i ordered a turkey chipotle sandwich with cheese and onions both times and didn’t receive the cheese and onions, and this time i didn’t get the onions and the chipotle sauce. very disappointed. won’t be back for a minute.

I've gotten just a bagel and cream cheese here and that's fine but the sandwiches are flavorless at best. Today I got the side order of hash browns and that was a mistake. They were cold in the middle and they were still white and not golden brown like hash browns should be.

Today Oct 31st 2025, I was at the drive-through approximately 8:30 AM and the young lady greeting me seemed pleasant until she asked me if I would like to tip one three or five dollars and I said no thank you and everything changed. The order took forever, the cars stacked up behind me while I waited, and she walked away 3 times to talk to a coworker all while my completed order sat on the counter in a bag. Once I received it and opened it, it was not fully cut in half, on the wrong bagel, and missing ingredients like meat. I knew after I got the look when I said I did not want to tip that there was going to be a problem. Why should I have to tip at a drive-through? She is not serving my food, refilling my drink or cleaning up my mess. This tipping culture is crazy. How could the management let this continue as I have now read all these other reviews with complaints about asking for tips?

I gave them a second chance, but they are constantly bad. They burnt my bagel the 1st time, and this time they got the bagel wrong, and when they corrected it, even after asking if I wanted it toasted, they did not toast it. I will not be coming back. Make the drive to the one on Dodge St, they are amazing out there.

Ordered food in the drive thru, then the older lady checking us out asked us if we would like to leave a tip. She then immediately seemed upset when I said no. So now obviously I’m like,” oh no.” I’m wondering what the heck she’s gonna do to my food. I’m not saying she did something to my food, but I didnt even want to eat it because I’m scared she did do something from the way she acted when I said no tip on a drive thru purchase. I’m all for tipping I don’t mind usually but I’m brokey right now, that’s why I decided a quick drive thru meal for breakfast would be better than sitting down at a breakfast place and being served by a waiter (who would actually deserve a tip). I checked my food but still felt grossed out from the thought that she might’ve done something. From reading other reviews, obviously this place does have a customer service problem. Hopefully this changes because I’m sure I’m not the only one who has felt this way and feels like their food was tampered with even it wasn’t because they didn’t tip in the drive thru.

Not very clean inside. When I asked the worker for 2% milk, instead of refilling the carafe they just slid a gallon of milk at me from a fridge. expired/rotting vegetables on my sandwich. I'm done with this spot!

It never fails when the lady Katie at the window says “it is asking if you want to tip $1, $2 or NO”. The second I say “no thank you” the attitude gets worse and she runs to where the bagels are made and my order comes out wrong (different cream cheese or different flavor bagel) or just extremely burnt. EVERY single time. Yesterday I tested it out and said “sure $1 is fine” and bagel was made correctly. This lady is always rude and doesn’t let you finish talking. You never get a good attitude from her. Not sure why people stay at jobs where they are unhappy. I just like to get a bagel some mornings and she makes sure it is ruined every time.

If I could give a zero I would. I ordered some food this morning and when I got to work I was soooo disgusted. I was told these eggs were made in the past 15 minutes. There is no way this is true as it is green all the way through. I'm glad I paid so much for breakfast and can't eat anything. DO BETTER!!! PICTURES DO NOT EVEN DO IT JUSTICE.
