The last 3 time I have tried to order to go.
1, food was 30 min late from. Estimated time
2, the order was late and missing items.
3, order was late and the food was all cold. Most of the food was cooked and sitting for 30 min before they gave it to me. Doubtful I will ever return to any bww at this point.

Im not even exaggerating when I say they always forget something from my orders. Without fail, every single time. Its frustrating. I should not be having to contact them afterwards every single time, because something is missing. Its disappointing and annoying. Now because I requested a refund I've been on hold now for over 15 minutes waiting for a manager to talk to me. Its honestly ridiculous and they need retraining or something when it comes to handling take out orders to ensure this doesnt happen. Legit will not be coming back to the 72nd location. 😡😡😡

If I could do zero stars I would came out here on a date night ordered our food and got our drinks but no food waited 45 minutes and food still never came so we just left never again get better employees who actually care about us paying customers SMH horrible worst service ever

I just checked my takeout order and everything arrived except my mango habanero wings. My mistake. I should have double-checked when I picked it up. 🙄

Our server Alana was very sweet initially, but we did not receive our drinks until after our appetizer came out and when they did come they were wrong. She brought out what was basically a shirley temple. when she finally came out with the right drink for my friend, i still had not received mine. Quite frankly i wish the drinks would have never came, they were vile. I have never drank something that manages to capture the aspect of how a thrift store smells transformed into a flavor. It took 30 mins for us to even be able to order and when we did again it was wrong. We ordered boneless we got bone in. One of our people had a sandwich that came with fries and she brought no fries. We asked for fries with the boneless wing and did not get them. We asked for dipping sauce 3 times and it was never brought. I understand serving can be a lot but she only had 2 tables and did not show any remorse even after my friend tried to level with her she continued to be disrespectful. The manager Nathan came to our table while Alana was still there and said “i heard you wanted to speak with a manager” right in front of her seemingly to embarrass her. When we confronted him about that he said that she “had to learn”. Probably the worst service and experience i’ve ever had. I split my food with my friend as it was the only meal that was correct and her boyfriend didn’t get to eat dinner with the rest of us and had to take the wings and fries to go. If you can’t take kind criticism perhaps the restaurant industry and working with the public is not for you.

11/6 ordered online at 5:32PM. Was given an estimated time of 6:10PM. I arrived a few minutes early expecting to wait a bit. Was told after about 5 minutes and again about 15 minutes that my order would be about 5 minutes. Didn't get my food until 6:57. Regretted not cancelling as the food was lukewarm. Unfortunately not my first experience like this at this location when ordering online. I didn't review that time. Give yourself time past the estimated time online. I also wonder if food aps are prioritized as I felt like some people were coming and going pretty quickly while I sat.

Food was extremely average. The appetizers were not unique and looked like they came out of a box. Service was okay but drink order after being repeated. Three times needed to be redone after delivery because they still got it wrong which was soda water.

Staff was overall annoying. The server was rushing, the seater was so hard to comprehend and the whole night crew was just rushing to kick us out. If your going to pay 35 dollars on your birthday don't come here!

Cold wings that sat on the takeout rack after the staff left the pickup area unattended for 20 minutes. Big line of people formed backed up waiting for anyone to show up

They gave me the wrong order two times and denied that they gave the wrong order and then after all the hassle of that they did not reimburse us for our time being wasted at all... Plus the Buffalo chicken dip was mid wasn't even worth the wait...
