After sitting for 20 minutes I never got acknowledged, nor did I get water or silverware yet. Only 3 other tables had people in it.

My wife and I went here for lunch. I ordered 10 wings & fries, she ordered a chicken wrap and tater tots as well as mozzarella sticks as an appetizer. My wings came out first, then my fries and then the mozzarella sticks. This wouldn't have been such a big deal, however I'm not the type of person that will eat in front of someone who doesn't have their food. So we ate a few mozzarella sticks and waited, and waited, and waited. Finally, 30 minutes after I received my food, my wifes chicken wrap was finally brought out and it wasn't the correct wrap. We were told that the tater tots caused the hold up however they were barely warm.

I received a gift card for Buffalo Wild Wings on Christmas. This past weekend I used a portion of the card while relaxing at home due to the cold weather to grab some boneless wings. These wings were excellent - warm, covered with the perfect amount of sauce and were reasonably sized.
Today I decided to use the remainder of the gift card for the BOGO Thursday deal. Unfortunately, these wings were luke warm and incredibly undersized. For the same meal, I arguably received not even half of the portion size as the previous visit. Although I hope this is not the case, it is possible they serve intentionally undersized wings on BOGO deal days.
A photo is below of a normal wing (Right) and undersized wings (Left). Unfortunately, most of the wings I received were undersized. Unsure if I will come back as this was extremely disappointing especially during these hard economic times.

We came in tonight right at 10 pm. We were the only people dining in the restaurant. We were sat almost immediately and sat at table 201, I believe is what he told the female server. She told us she would be right back out to get our drinks. Over 20 minutes later, we were still waiting on her to come out. There wasn't anyone on the floor, they were in the back laughing and talking very loudly. They were so far in the back, no one saw us leave.

Came in for a bestie date and we sat in the back by ourselves, the bartenders Jeremiah and Robbie approached us with absolutely kindness and made us feel welcomed and invited us to the bar counter. The conversations were great, the drink recommendations were great and a 10/10. Would love to be served by them again! Highly recommend

On arrival the restaurant smelled dirty. One table was full of trash the whole time we were there. Ordered a nonalcoholic drink was served an alcohol drink. Never asked for water refills. Trash accumulated at our table, which we did what we always do is tidy up for the waitress until she comes to grab the trash. She never did. Floor was filthy. People were seated at a table with trash at their feet. Horrible experience. Had not been there in years. Worst. Gnats at our table.

It doesn't matter if we order take out or use Doordash, they ALWAYS forget something. Last two times it was missing fries, now it's missing sauce.
How the hell does no one here take one minute to double check that order is complete before sending it out? This is a recurring problem for them and it's ridiculous.
I called them to ask what I should do about my missing order and no joke I was told, "Someone just called about their missing sauce too." Yeah I bet.
It's not worth ordering and wondering what part of your order will never show up. Avoid unless you're on a brink of starvation.

Restaurantji Recommends
This place is kind of a dump to be honest. I went for pickup and waited at the counter for probably 10 minutes. The place was very slow but several employees made eye contact with me and still come over to give me my food. Eventually someone asked if I had been helped and gave me my order. Avoid if you can.

Apparently friends and family can skip the line of wait which was an hour. Absolute garbage!

The staff really tried their best I think, however this was the worst restaurant experience of my life. Clearly something was going wrong in the kitchen and I can't recommend avoiding this location enough. I also got food poisoning after eating here soo

An employee did not place an order that I asked for, he told me 20 minutes and I was waiting 35 minutes to tell me that they did not place my order, they should fire those employees

Server could have paid better attention to our table, 45 min to order and get our food with a empty restaurant! Otherwise the manager brought us our food, checked on us twice and got us a box before the server came back over to the table. Food was average and basic.
Vegetarian options: Have cauliflower wings!
Dietary restrictions: Not really any options if your gluten or lactose intolerant, let alone both!
Kid-friendliness: Have a couple of options but food doesn't come out fast enough to avoid melt downs and sometime food is wrong or sent back for odd reasons.
Wheelchair accessibility: No wheelchair ramp near door, have to go to side of building and walk back to the door. Not convenient!
