We arrived and we were sat quickly… thought everything was going to be great. We placed our order and we were 1 of 2 tables there. It’s a Sunday and they had 2 servers with 2 tables in total. After placing our order we waited over 25 min for our food to come out warm not hot. Which means it was sitting under the heat lamp for who knows how long.

Do not recommend this location at all. Not approachable staff. We made a pretty simple order of wings & chicken sandwiches. The chicken sandwich only needed a sauce on it. Drove back and there was no sauce on the sandwich. Our only options were to refund for only the sauce we didn’t get or drive back and get a new sandwich. We decided to get a new sandwich. While our other food was getting cold, we drove there and the initial person who helped us was not friendly at all. She approached us and just stared. They even had us bring the chicken sandwich back, they didn’t even look at it and she threw it away in front of us. We spoke with the manager and he provided us with 2 freebies (but only after we asked if there were any accommodations), chips & salsa and an order of 6 wings. This isn’t the first time in which they haven’t made the order correctly. We should expect our order to be correct, even if it’s just a single sauce on a sandwich. Very disappointing by the service that they provided with the whole situation, no ounce of friendliness was given.

Update: the sandwich they remade was missing the pickles and the mayo. This is just embarrassing at this point.

Rarely do I EVER give a single star. But everything regarding the order couldnt have been more wrong. Online order told me to pick up at 11:45. So I did. Went to the location I was told to. Was greeted by probably the bartender who asked if I had a takeout order. I said yes, and he said he would grab it. While he was taking other people’s orders, Which was fine. Other people arrived, and he also took their orders Without even making a attempt to grab my takeout order. So I waited, And waited, For about 10 minutes before I went up to the area where you place your order. Waited there for about five minutes before somebody else showed up. Finally, somebody came and had asked if I had been helped, Told the guy I was waiting on Takeout order. But proceeded to take the order of the person that was standing there well after I had arrived. It took almost 20 minutes to get my order. That was the first thing….

The quality of food was absolutely atrocious. I modified my order for one specific type of wing. The wings looked and tasted like they came from a crematory. Extremely overcooked, Barely any sauce. Barely any dry rub. If you would combine the 15 wings that I ordered, you might get seven quality wings from another location. The potato wedges, I literally had nine potato wedges that We’re cold, Can’t look like they have been sitting in the warmer Since the night prior. I ordered a side of cheese. Did not get that…. In the midst of all that, Couldn’t even provide silverware or napkins…

It’s beyond me how any of these places stay in business with the quality of service they provide. Then they have the audacity to ask for a tip, when you place a online order… I should get double my money back for the amount of time it to get my order, and the quality of what I paid for….. Will also be providing feedback to corporate

After confirming my order and hearing me out, he was sure to go above and beyond by resolving my issue! He handled my complaint with respect and courtesy. He always responded back promptly! Thanks.

I ordered a takeout exclusive option. Asked if it'd be alright if I ate it there as I wasn't actually in a hurry to go home. Was told no. Three minutes later someone else came out and told me I could stay. Only to then have the guy who brought out my food tell me I had to leave. When I got home the wings were only half sauced, and kind of cold. Maybe this is why they don't want you looking at your food before you get home?

Food was good until I found a hair in the wings. I called the store back to speak with a manager and they told me to call back when they weren’t busy.
I drove back to the store to speak with a manager. Over all experience horrible want be eating here again.

Dry small cold wings with almost no meat on them. Dirty table and team did not want us here. When are companies going to realize we don't want our money back we want good food. My 30. Dollars spent here is just a small investment to never come back. If everyone would do this then companies like this would close and others would hold there employees to higher standards. So sad that they decided to serve me this way as they will never get another dime out of me or anyone I tell this too.
