Oh gosh if I could give this 0 stars I would. The price I paid was already too much, so was hoping for decent size portions. The chicken and potatoe wedges were tiny! The bbq sauced boneless nugs tasted terrible. Worst bbq flavor I’ve ever had. The French fries tasted like fish… I wish I was joking. I HATE fish and the taste instantly hit me. I was told it could be from dirty old frying oil which grossed me out even more. I only went here because I had a gift card. If I ever get a gift card again I’m giving it to a homeless person!

I'm not really sure what's going on with this location, but the last 3 times we have been here our orders have been wrong, they have either been understaffed (or the staff was just hanging around in the back), and the food has been mediocre at best. This isn't just an isolated incident either. While we were waiting for a table during this most recent visit, we heard 3 people complain about either their to-go orders being wrong, or the to-go orders taking WAY too long. I know one employee was talking about a shift in ownership or management or something of that nature, so whoever that was, definitely needs to get themselves together.

This is my second time to this location and again when we walk in there is only a few tables that have customers so you would think that the servers would come and get you seated. Instead the 3 of them are standing at the bar visiting and it takes making eye contact with one before they acknowledge our party waiting. She takes her time at coming to the front and then says she will be back she has to wipe a table first. Again they have all been at the bar visiting and the one employee is up there eating. We finally get a table which makes us the 4th table of patrons here and still the employees are not in any hurry to co.e ask us what we even want to drink let alone taking an order. We have sat here now 10 minutes and not once has she come to ask for drinks. 2 of the four of us got their drinks finally while the other 2 got ours right before our meal came out. It seems like this store is on the struggle bus. Then the one employee casually sits and eats his dinner behind the bar and makes drinks while he goes back and forth eating.

Saturday about 1:30 pm 10/20/25 I saw the commercial for the 2 for 20 deal. Everything looked really good so took a friend of mine for her birthday. Waitress was nice and helpful. We order the special and it wasn't long before we got our meal. It looked just like the commercial. Very appealing to the eye. The seasoned wedges were nice and hot. The burger was stacked high. Everything looked just like the commercial version. Burger cooked through and juicy. I looked around and everything was clean. No dirty tables sitting around. This place is outstanding and I am very, very picky about cleanliness! I inspect how tables are washed. If there is residue on the edges, I get grossed out by most places. I can't say one negative thing about this place. Will definitely be going back. Felt comfortable in every aspect of dining. However, the young man or the person that handles the take out orders at front has more than his share to deal with when it comes to pick up orders. People expect their orders to be sitting at the counter when they arrive. What they don't understand is the order is placed when you arrive so that it is hot and not sitting getting cold in case your running late. It's a good thing people. Hot food vs your order sitting on some counter getting cold. Food sitting on the counter Cooling leaves to food born I'llness so take a breth and be thankful to wait for your hot order to be made while you wait a few minutes. That counter person has nothing to do with how or when your food is made so give that guy or gal a break and give your thoughs or issues about you nic ehoy door prepare for you to management not the counter person that is just trying to get your order pit together for you! Give that person a raise! The bs they got through because inconsiderate and disrespectful people is over the top so pay them for it!!

We brought our team of 12 individuals for a meeting atcher restaurant because it was a good location however we all ordered we got a few appetizers they took our order 40 minutes we received our first order they brought our order two plates at a time it took us 45 minutes before all of us got our food this is the worst service I have ever had at Buffalo wild wings everybody was pretty much done when the last guy received his bone-in wings I will never eat there again.

We were here since 6 and now leaving at 8 pm. We waited forever for our food just to have our order get wrong. We asked for mild on our wings and got medium. Our waitress went and took our order back. We waited 20 minutes then our waitress asked if we wanted our check when we still havent received our wings from the pick 6. Then to find out the kitchen still havent remade our food which caused us to wait longer. Once as we got our food it was cold. The wings and fries were cold. We didnt finish our food. We were disappointed with our experience. Wasn't worth the fool 61 some dollars.
