This is the worst bww in Omaha, and it's not close. I have been here probably 50 times last year both as a customer and as a deliver. When I first started going there, everything was good. Everyone was nice and reasonably fast. There are 2 guys there that always accused me of stealing.
I did no such thing, I don't steal nothing from nobody ever. And the last time I went there to pick up a delivery, he was very rude and threatened to call the cops on me for no reason. Despite the way they were acting, i was not rude, loud, or vulgar towards them. Then, they threatened to call the cops on me.
It is awful the way they treat people, this should never happen to anyone, completely unacceptable. I go to all the bww in omaha. None of them would ever treat me like this. I will not be returning, and no one should ever go to this bww.

Im a door dasher i come to this location often and ive seen workers point and laugh at other dashers cuz they cant hear them the first time and your fries are often dry same with the chicken and wait time is often slow for dashing and regular eating times just make sure who u hire they are decent at there job and don't laugh at there dasher thank u for reading this sry for the negative comments

I had a pleasant experience at this ‘GO’ location and was excited that I was able to get BWW so close to my house. The food turned out exactly how I’d expect BWW to taste. They did forget one of my Ranches but that was ok as the order already came with plenty. The only tale of caution was that I purposely ordered my food to be ready at a certain time so I could get there a little earlier and the food would be fresh - I showed up 10mins early and the food was already sitting in the to-go bags. Luckily this wasn’t a super big deal since the fries were still crispy when I got home. Just something to think about if you do the same.

This place tonight was not as friendly or welcoming as the location in Council Bluffs. I've picked up here twice before ,it was some very friendly ladies. The men at the counter are not friendly and full of attitude. The chicken is DRY. I ordered medium and it seemed like I hardly got a drop of sauce. They also didn't put in the ranch or blue cheese. When I asked for some ,I was given an attitude and demanded to see my receipt and check the bag. Could be done in a nicer way. We are paying for this food. It's not free!
He’s was being hella rude , I asked if I can Mac cheese said “ look around” and talked to me like I was stupid. Also the worker he messed up our orders with dry rub instead of sauced wings and didn’t include our celery sticks, napkins, or forks. Very unprofessional.

This actually was above my expectations. I figured this was gonna be another Wing Stop or traditional Bdubs pick up. type experience. Go in grab food and its soggy and just warm. It was the opposite. The food was crispy and hot on pick up. The estimated time in the app was spot on. The gentlemen working the front was pleasant and provided excellent customer service!
