Normally when I come here there’s a high chance it’ll be closed. However, today I was shockingly surprised! It was open, at least 3 cars in front of me (which is good, I want them to stay open) and the worker taking my order and at the window was FANTASTIC! I just want them to know they were awesome and I hope this location continues to improve. Food was amazing as always too!

I went here and not only was the girl working yelling at people through the drive through, but was yelling at everyone in the lobby and cussing and following people outside to yell at them. I’ve never seen worse customer service or worse human beings. Disgusted to say the least.

2 diff times in a row waiting at the drive through only to get frustrated enough to drive up and then see a sign (at the pickup window) First time saying “closed for being short staffed” and second time saying “headsets broken, order inside”. And for the customers like me who are already upset for having to come inside, we’re then greeted by the worst service possible. No ice, no buns, and no remorse… Total attitude towards customers who are rightfully upset. Not even so much for having to come in, but why put the sign at the order menu?! By the time anyone gives up waiting, they’re already very upset and leave (which I think is what the “amazing staff” is counting on)

Must be the worst Burger King I've ever been to. I waited 15 MINUTES in the drive thru after paying for 1 CHEESEBURGER! The cashier and cook left the service area for some reason with no explanation. I felt totally disrespected. They rushed my cheeseburger to me and it was cold. I threw it out the window for fear of not being cooked properly. If only I could give negative stars. Never again.
