Arrived at the drive-thru at 11:30 pm. They close at midnight. I ordered an Oreo sundae. They said they already shut down the machine so they can’t make one. I said, “So you closed early.” They said, “Sorry.” My issue is…why have your closing hours at midnight when you shut off your machines at 11:30 pm (or earlier) and you can’t order what you want?! Just have your closing hours at 11:30 pm…when you turn off your machines. 🤦🏾♀️😠

If I could give zero stars I would. I went inside just now two people in the kitchen and nobody at the counter. They were both on their phones and would not acknowledge my existence at all when I wanted to order. I left and went to McDonald’s across the street.

Had a mobile pickup order and got to the store to get my order. No one acknowledged me at the drive thru. Pulled up to the window and employees just looked at me, never even came to the window. Went to front door and it was locked. They took my money and never gave me my order. Wasted a half an hour and my money. Don't go here, customer service is non existent!
