There always nice but I have seen that some costumers are pretty rude and always insulting and harassing the employees for a slight mess up but the food and service is really good and fast I don’t get why people get so rude and hateful with them 🤷♂️

Came in with $25 gift card proved the balance was on there and card reader for gift card wouldn’t work so had to pay using my bank card instead because they refused to figure the situation out to use my gift card! Asked for manager said one wasn’t on duty and as a manager where I work there should always be a manager on duty for situations that need a manager highly unsatisfied

I placed and paid for my order online my order was confirmed I went to the location to pick up my food at specified time and the store was closed so I wasted my time driving there and I didn't get any food

I was ignored at the front counter for about 10 min while they had their back to me, waiting on other orders. There was no line. The guy at the front counter had loose hair down to the middle of his back.He was filling orders with the screen, not tickets. Two customers behind me received their orders first. I noticed he had cleared my order from the screen and skipped me. I said something and received my order after another 20 minute wait. Line in drive thru but not dining room. The Mgr was working hard in drive thru, rushing to stock ice cups & sweep I between orders. White girl in the kitchen kept busy. Hispanic girl kept stepping into the office or standing around. Another guy wearing a gray sweatshirt and regular ball cap was standing around with his hands in his pockets or holding up the kitchen counter on his phone. He could have been getting the ice or sweeping....I worked 15 years in fast food, 6 years at that location as a shift supervisor/crew leader. I've trained managers. Poor management although, she personally was working very hard. One other customer walked out when they were ignored. Very disappointed!

Meh.. they were out of everything. I bought cookies.. Sorry the day shift didn't make any.. trade for a pie? Oh we're out of the specialty milkshake.. trade for 2 more pies..

The Hispanic lady that works nights doesn’t know what she’s doing. I have a code for $30 worth and she doesn’t know how to type it in. Ive used it at other locations with no problem so i suggest you train your employees better. This is the closest spot to my house and its bs that i have to go to other stores.
