This is the worst Burger King I’ve ever gone to. No one ever helps you, just a bunch of lazy employees. Sat in the drive thru for an bet 30 minutes while an employee sat in the lobby talking on the phone smh -5 stars horrible

I had a DoorDash order that needed to be picked up at this location at 10:30pm, apparently you’re not allowed to enter the building after 8pm so I was told to use the drive thru. After waiting for 5 minutes to connect with an employee through the drive thru, I was told the store was closed (listed hours state they are open until 12am) and I couldn’t pick up the doordash order. Whether or not the morons inside turned off the DoorDash tablet is not my issue, my issue is it was on long enough for them to accept the order and mark it as ready for pickup through doordash. Dense brains all through the building.

Customer service is not good at all rude employees they don’t know how to do their jobs correctly they don’t listen to what your ordering them say what do do you want etc because they don’t listen went to pay they took my card walked off didn’t swipe it till after they said waiting on fresh nuggets I don’t suggest coming to this Burger King they’ll make you sit and wait at the drive through speaker

The gentleman on drive thru was very friendly and had great customer service. While sitting at the drive thru window (5+ minutes, didn’t mind waiting though) I watched as the female drive thru worker sitting near the pop machine play with her nose ring the entire time. As my food was ready, another worker handed her my bag. I confronted her about this when she tried to hand me my food. She proceeded to get an attitude and stated that she was going to wash her hands but she didn’t do that before touching the bag and did not see anything wrong with what she did. She definitely needs remedial customer service and food sanitation training. Again, the gentleman working was completely professional and apologized for her. Management needs to address her and give kudos to him.

You can be the only car in the drive-through it’s always gonna be minimum 15 minutes wait to get food. The staff is so unprofessional. I was told they didn’t have any onions “they had a lot of shit going on.” I know it’s only bk but talking like that to customers should be unacceptable anywhere.
