Don't go out to eat much, so Just went through the drive through TODAY, and I asked for a 12 piece chicken fry, a long with 2 bacon double whoppers..... Silly me to trust that the staff would do their fking job; when I got home, no 12 piece chicken fry. I drive back because their phone doesn't work; I am told that I'm a liar and that worker put the chicken fries in the bag. Didnt bring receipt because I legit JUST went through, 10 minutes ago... Regardless they asked for it and said that's the only way they'd replace my rightfully paid for food. Y'all legit stole money from me and called ME the liar. Never again will I trust places like yours. The disrespect when I was polite was disgusting.

Horrible drive thru lane experience starting at 515pm. Waited over 25 min to get to order food to only find the car two ahead of me still waiting. The car in front of me just didn't order and left. I didn't wait around to wait and see how long it would've taken for my food to be given to me. WOW! There were 4 cars behind me too.

Waited for almost an HOUR js to get my little sister food while I already had mine. We paid and everything but still got denied service and while taking the order the cashier was chatting with the other employees so thats where we guessed they messed up but we paid TWICE. To just be accused liars , get ignored, AND to top it off we only got half of what we wanted. Honestly i work in fast food so this is type of behavior is just embarrassing, for the employees and the company they represent PLEASE DO BETTER. and treat your customers better and actually pay attention to taking orders and not giving out the wrong ones that was already paid for. good day. - A

DONT TRY USING ANY COUPONS HERE!! Tried using coupon found online that was not past expiration and they refused to honor it. Online it even says to Show on Phone or simply mention it. But worker refused to honor it saying it 'already used'. Asked for Manager and of course not one on duty. Seriously disappointed with the customer service.

Food was cold burgers were a little bit raw cheese was not even melted on the burger pickles looks like they were all ends and the ketchup was very limited overall it was just sucky experience
