This place is a trash help. Befor you even enter the building. Trash in the lot. Not kept up at all. I got inside. Practically every table is dirty. There are drink spills on the fountain area, and the floors away from that area. There are 5 or 6 employees. Not 1 person touched the lobby at all. However, at least 3 or 4 employees were talking and swearing in the lobby maybe 10 ft from me as they casually talked. The board for a #9 was 8.89 the register they ring it up with was $1 more somehow. I ordered a #5. Whopper Jr. No onion. My burger came with onion on it. It was rung up properly. Bad, on top of bad, on top of bad. Don't go here. Go to the bk on Blair high and 99th by Walmart. So much better There. The whopper Jr is smaller then it used to be. Might as well be called a slider now.

Waited for 15 minutes, kept getting told "just a moment." There were no cars in the drive thru, no customers in the lobby. An employee was sitting in a white SUV appearing to be smoking weed. Everyone else we saw was just standing in the kitchen. Never ordered, will not be going here again. Very disappointed. 08-27-24 ~18:15

Sat in the drive thru 20 minutes ordered a number 1 meal LG with cheese. Not busy and didn't get what I ordered when I noticed...this place is terrible all around!

I only Burger King once or twice a year for the original chicken sandwich. Wouldn't stay to eat but To-go was fine. Food was made fresh. Bathroom was disgusting. Staff was SUPER friendly.
Walking in it is hotter inside than it is outside. There's a long line of everyone telling you to go somewhere else because the wait is about 35 minutes then the big black kid up front is rude as hell yelling at people. Everybody is arguing demanding refunds all their drinks like lemonade and Hi-C are gone. Never have them. The rest of their sodas are flat and then you get your food and it's burnt charred and dry
Placed an order at the drive thru, paid and didn't get a receipt. 15 minutes later we get our food. Halfway through the fiery bacon royal crispy chicken sandwich we see that it's RAW in the middle. RAW CHICKEN!!

The person who took my order has no idea what they're doing and needs to be taught better. I requested two separate orders to be made. They claimed that this was an impossibility. I am puzzled since this is a common request at fast food places; I've literally worked here before. I get my food and go back in the drive-thru to make my second order to which they oblige. I was the only customer on the establishment's grounds and taking a double order was somehow an impossible task. Calling the service here mediocre would be a compliment.

This was the worse experience I’ve ever had at a fast food. Food was undercooked I called and spoke with a man who claimed to be a manager today 6-28-24 4pm. He was ignorant, rude, unprofessional, sarcastic. He didn’t offer to remake food or anything and he hung up on me! Definitely calling/emailing corporate regarding the unhinged manager and how he handled this situation today. Stay away from this location. 0 stars.

I live within a half mile. Usually when I go to drive thru they say, "just a minute ". Usually leave cuz I'm tired of waiting. Tonight decided to try again, my mistake!! No one in line in front of me, burgers were cold. I honestly don't know how this place stays in business. Anyone who gives this place more than a 1 star review must be a friend of an employee that is trying to save their job. Close this place and make a bigger parking lot for Jimmy John's next door. I guarantee, I will never, ever, ever stop here again.
Don't blame it on management. Obviously, the employees don't care about you as a customer. So why should you even consider stopping here.
This is a fair warning!!! If you are an honest customer, you will have same opinion as me if you stop here!!!

Dirty restrooms!!! You wait to order, and they keep saying just a minute, with on car in the drive thru, so we wait, but they still can't take my order, just give me a minute. No, it was not busy, plus the kitchen looks sooo Dirty, Nope we left better safe than sorry!!! We left.
