Avoid this burger king at all costs. We waited 7 minutes for what seemed like reheated 3 day old food. I asked about the croissantwich deal and got told no. We payed $15.11 for 2 breakfast sandwiches and 1 was a meal. The sausage was not warm or cold just stretchy and tasted like old nasty sausage. Their was absolutely no egg on the sandwich it was paper thin and brown and cold. The bread was hard and not chewy. Im so disappointed.

Very poorly ran!!! The ice machine in the dining room was out of ice, I told them. The manager mentioned it in passing to one of the kitchen help, still made no effort that it got done. The manager did get me ice from the drive-thru. Got my ice but once I got my pop the carbonation was low and I told them, they said it was full. 20 minutes later another customer came into the dining room to order, they went to go get their soda STILL NO ICE IN THE DINING ROOM!!! Once again the manager mentioned it to the cooks, still no effort was made by anybody to get ice. While doing the drive-thru the manager dropped a drink, spilling it all over herself and the floor. Nothing but vulgar language from her, she told the cooks about it, they thought it was funny!! The tables were dirty in the dining room. This store needs to do better!!

This place is a trash help. Befor you even enter the building. Trash in the lot. Not kept up at all. I got inside. Practically every table is dirty. There are drink spills on the fountain area, and the floors away from that area. There are 5 or 6 employees. Not 1 person touched the lobby at all. However, at least 3 or 4 employees were talking and swearing in the lobby maybe 10 ft from me as they casually talked. The board for a #9 was 8.89 the register they ring it up with was $1 more somehow. I ordered a #5. Whopper Jr. No onion. My burger came with onion on it. It was rung up properly. Bad, on top of bad, on top of bad. Don't go here. Go to the bk on Blair high and 99th by Walmart. So much better There. The whopper Jr is smaller then it used to be. Might as well be called a slider now.

Waited for 15 minutes, kept getting told "just a moment." There were no cars in the drive thru, no customers in the lobby. An employee was sitting in a white SUV appearing to be smoking weed. Everyone else we saw was just standing in the kitchen. Never ordered, will not be going here again. Very disappointed. 08-27-24 ~18:15

I only Burger King once or twice a year for the original chicken sandwich. Wouldn't stay to eat but To-go was fine. Food was made fresh. Bathroom was disgusting. Staff was SUPER friendly.
Walking in it is hotter inside than it is outside. There's a long line of everyone telling you to go somewhere else because the wait is about 35 minutes then the big black kid up front is rude as hell yelling at people. Everybody is arguing demanding refunds all their drinks like lemonade and Hi-C are gone. Never have them. The rest of their sodas are flat and then you get your food and it's burnt charred and dry
