The service was fine enough, there was a small wait, no big deal. All the burgers were cold, though, and had way too much mayo on them. I couldn’t finish it. There’s just no excuse for serving cold burgers. I work hard for my money, and today it felt like BK stole from me. Huge Kung Foo Panda toys, at least. The kids liked those.

I have tried 5 times to give this place the benefit of the doubt but last night ruined anymore business from me. We ordered online so there was no confusion because they never give me the right order, last night we pulled up at the drive thru and the girl told us that there were issues in the kitchen and it was gonna be a 15 minute wait. That's fine things happen, she tells me to.pull around to the front and it wasn't that there was a kitchen issue, she was sitting in an suv smoking Marijuana and made us wait. I mean by all means but don't make me wait on you to get my food. Also everything was soft like she undercooked it or put it in the microwave. This place needs new management extremely bad. Will never eat here again and will spread the word

Went here to get food at 9 o clock on a Friday night n no one responded to me at the drive through, they gave the customer their order that was in front of me and then ran away and ignored me lol…if you’re closed you could at least tell me. Online it says 11 and the sticker on the drive through window says 10. wasn’t very nice or professional, whoever owns this should be embarrassed

really really nice employees, always nice and super friendly and helpful. management needs to fix the sewage problem that's been ongoing. every time i come in the food is great and service is good but it stinks really bad in the lobby. the smell is the worst in the mens bathroom so maybe a bad p-trap or something. thanks a lot guys and thanks for being open.Kid-friendliness: Good for kids once they get the smell taken care of, good sized tables and high chairs available. good priced kids meal with a toy.

Best bk experience I’ve had in omaha. Kind and fast service. Location on 107 and Emmet couldn’t compete. White guy manager with tats was awesome! Keep him !

after the BK on our side of town was backed up, do to only 2 staff, we headed out for our hike hungry- but this BK was on the way so we finally ate! Service & food were an 11!!

This place is gross and it takes forever to get your order in. It’s been this way for YEARS and no one has ever done anything about it. Burger King as a whole should be embarrassed.
45 minutes after ordering, we got our food. The manager was on his phone the WHOLE time and our food was wrong! We ordered a double and got a cold single and the fries were not salted.Corporate needs to help this place out!!!!
