There is an old white man that is always rude to me every time I come, I asked for grape jelly - he told me that Burger King discontinued grape jelly & their out of strawberry jelly. It's not just about the jelly it's how he treats me every time I come there 😞

This place must not know the difference between bacon and sausage. the past two times I have ordered a double bacon egg and cheese croissant and was given sausage instead. ONe time ok I get it, second time. Now, I'm upset because I stopped on the way to work, was not offered a receipt. Asked for grape jelly and was given strawberry. The manager just seemed unhappy to be there or like I was a pest because he almost gave me the wrong order in the first place. Just poor service. Guess maybe that's what I get for going through the drive thru.

Went through drive thru late night. Car in front of me sat at the drive thru speaker for 20 minutes before I got out to ask them if they had been helped they said 30 min ago that someone would be with them in a minute. I suggested they had been forgotten and should go up to the window. I pulled up to the speaker hoping they'd figure the flow out. It took another 5 minutes to acknowledge I was at the speaker after the car ahead of me got the workers attentions. I was told 10-15 minute wait... Kind of ridiculous for fast food. At this point about 6 cars had piled up. Disappointed. Just wanted to go home at this point but I had ordered online and didn't want to deal with cancelling.

Natasha the store manager has terrible customer service. As a business owner myself it’s never okay to not try and help the customer or get an attitude and roll their eyes. The other lady that helped me was great the one that rang up our order. I think you all should get a new store manager. Or offer her some more training.

This place is insane, I always have that rude man or woman in the window every time, I pass by around 11:30am after school. BUT today was another level I found a piece of plastic inside my Mac and cheese bites, it was the last one in the bag and my 1 year old sister asked me for one and I gave it to her and she started coughing and a red plastic thing came out like whatttttt. Absolutely insane she could have chocked or worse, I’m for sure talking to the manger.

The food at this location is super inconsistent, and every time I've gone I've had bad service. I've had employees swear at me and had to wait for absurd times for my food at this location before. I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

I visited this location Yesterday with my family around 25 minutes before they close in the manager was absolutely rude and told me that if he was gonna have my food in the dining that I needed to leave before they close, which is He was not very polite at all. He was very rude, aggressive the way he was talking to a customer. I decide to leave with my children that they were just wanting to have some chicken tenders for snack. I kinda Felt that he was being racist we left with very bad taste in her mouth After he is service that he provide us I really hope this is not happen again to a customer, especially with children around.
