Did a drive thru pick up order. Had to go inside to get the rest of the food. Ended up with cold food and still missing some food. Manager was saying they hope the place burns to the ground. Was dirty. Just another bad experience.

Natasha the store manager has terrible customer service. As a business owner myself it’s never okay to not try and help the customer or get an attitude and roll their eyes. The other lady that helped me was great the one that rang up our order. I think you all should get a new store manager. Or offer her some more training.

This place is insane, I always have that rude man or woman in the window every time, I pass by around 11:30am after school. BUT today was another level I found a piece of plastic inside my Mac and cheese bites, it was the last one in the bag and my 1 year old sister asked me for one and I gave it to her and she started coughing and a red plastic thing came out like whatttttt. Absolutely insane she could have chocked or worse, I’m for sure talking to the manger.

The food at this location is super inconsistent, and every time I've gone I've had bad service. I've had employees swear at me and had to wait for absurd times for my food at this location before. I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

I visited this location Yesterday with my family around 25 minutes before they close in the manager was absolutely rude and told me that if he was gonna have my food in the dining that I needed to leave before they close, which is He was not very polite at all. He was very rude, aggressive the way he was talking to a customer. I decide to leave with my children that they were just wanting to have some chicken tenders for snack. I kinda Felt that he was being racist we left with very bad taste in her mouth After he is service that he provide us I really hope this is not happen again to a customer, especially with children around.

This five star reviews going to Christy I believe she's the manager or one of the managers at this location. She helped me the other day when I came inside because the drive-thru looked really busy. I have to say she was a one-woman show! Her customer service skills are off the charts!!! Burger King is lucky to have you. Stay FABULOUS Christy!!!

This place is a joke. Are you kidding? How are you going to give french fries for a meal that comes with onion rings on the menu, even after ordering can't even say "we have to make more".. nothing? Not mention every fountain drink is flat, you mean to tell me you don't notice that? What if the meal I ordered was for a kid? Who was hoping on everything that it comes with?
Again.. This place is a joke, incompetent workers, don't even know which way is up, down, left or right. This burger King should be shut the hell down.
