Kaya did amazing! My order was wrong due to using a coupon. She was friendly and patient. The reason for my bad review is. The manager rolled her eyes when she was assisting Kaya fix my order. The manager was loud the whole restaurant can hear her conversation with employees. She had a bad attitude. She talked about customers. Our fries were cold. The manager didn’t care my family was dining in. She complained about having to do a refund for my order. If you do not have customer service please do not work in customer service!

Every single time and I do mean every single time I come to this Burger King the order is wrong and I wait 10 minutes minimum. I'm not exaggerating I'm not complaining just to complain I come to this Burger King all the time because it's one of the few choices there are and it sucks every time and this has been for years. I finally decided to leave a review. This place sucks
