This is the one of the worst BK in Omaha. 1. The only bk I have gone to where they are out of fries. 2. Customer service is OK, but do you really have to be on the phone all the time. 3. The actual dining area is very dated and dingy. I am thinking that this is a corporate store foreign investor owned. Why...because when they are owned by lo al franchise owners, the difference is quite noticeable. 4. My kids don't even want bk a more because of Bk decline since the mid 2000s. 5. For tge love of Shiva, please fix your electric totalling board. It is where the mic is. Small details like that are important. The damn thing has been broken for more than a year.

I visited this establishment with my daughter at approximately 9:15 p.m. following her work shift. Initially, the window attendant displayed poor customer service. Furthermore, I observed the food preparer handling ingredients without gloves, prompting me to request a remake due to unsanitary conditions. The staff member then proceeded to handle her phone and lean on the counter before eventually remaking the order. Upon receiving our food, I expressed gratitude to the attendant who handed me the bag, though she promptly shut the window. I emphasize the importance of maintaining proper decorum and adhering to health standards, particularly in food handling. I intend to address these concerns with the morning manager.
