Don't expect your order to ever be correct and after numerous attempts to call about this, no one answers so you're SOL. It's a burger with nothing on it. How hard is that to make? Why would a burger with nothing be translated as a burger with everything? Every. Single. Time. Save your money and find another location. STILL trying to get a refund.

My bank card was stolen on March 22, 2024 Friday morning, by window lady. She never gave it back. I watched her put it down after she slid it through, and she walked off. I never went anywhere else but work and home. Noticed Saturday, checked work, went through my car and purse. Called your store and they said they didn’t have it. I told them to check their film and they refused. The one manager I know there Cody, worked a few years with my daughter at a different store wasn’t there. He would’ve looked. I suggest that lady get checked on film and I will charge for theft!

Had an issue at this Burger King a while back. District manager called, apologized, and offered us a couple free meal coupons. Signed, and with the restaurant number on them.Went to redeem them this afternoon, and whatever manager was working told us they no longer accept these coupons (which had no expiration date), and three them away.So I have a bad customer experience and then I try to redeem your "make-up" coupons and you proceed to give me another bad customer experience?All this is not even to mention the fact that this location in particular seems to just choose a random time to close each evening, despite what the website or Google listing has as the close time.The customer's always wrong at the 120th and Center BK. Not worth your time.

I do not know what happened. New management, new employees, whatever. But this place has completely changed itself around for the better.For YEARS this BK was awful. Rude, terrible food, just not good. We'd frankly stopped going there, even though it is really close to where we live.Decided one day to go back and the difference was like night & day. The workers were pleasant and friendly, the food was hot and actually looked like the menu pictures!If you've had issues with this BK in the past, don't let that deter you from going back. The staff and managers deserve a ton of respect for turning things around.
I ordered the number 2 whopper meal during the lunch hour, as this is when their food is the best. The food was delicious, until I noticed a long black hair in it!!!!!! I took the remainder back, showed the hair with my tooth flosser. Later at night when I returned, my refund was awaiting, as the day manager had to look for the receipt, and I was on my way to work.

I'm leaving a bad review only because my wife and i tried to have lunch there, but the lobby was locked. there was no sign saying the Lobby was closed, so i tried a different door like some kind of dummy, but that one was locked too, also no sign. there was even one customer inside the lobby. when i put my hand up to the window to peer in, he kind of waved at me and then kept eating his delicious-looking flame broiled whopper. i waved back and left.

This Burger King needs lots of loveI only go here because it is close.There is one female that tends to be slightly rude at times. However, there is a male that is super nice at the windowThey close before normal hours and the lobby is locked periodically during business hoursThis Burger King is off the interstate and in a residential areaI have heard many people say the same words when talked about as a topicI feel like it could be a very profitable location with some guidelines and upgrades to the establishment
