I wish I could give 1 star. I ordered a bacon king and asked for ketchup only. And they took the bacon off and the cheese so I got a burger with no bacon on it at the least. If I wanted that I would've gotten a whopper. But anyways I called them back and the manager said ok that's fine ill comp the meal. So I called today to get that meal comped and I asked if I could get 2 of the 2 for 5s. They said sure come on down no hesitation. Then they argue with me at the window you said 1 2 for 5 meal not two.. so i told them im not leaving till I get the 2 for 5s. And they bring me the second 2 for 5 around the building out the front to me and I open them up to eat one and what looks like spit is coming out the side of the sandwich. I'm beyond disgusted, and im not happy what so ever. I could've given that to my 3 year old... I need a call from coorprate about this...

I always get a Hershey sundae. But they don't listen closely or something's wrong with your speaker system. This time I got a little Hershey pie section. I didn't notice it till I got all the way downtown on 8th and Dorcas, that it was a pi not a Sundae. I am not going to run all the way back up there to get a correction. I'm just going to have to eat it. Meaning it both ways. Thanks a lot again Burger King
I placed a doordash order last night and my order was stolen, and instead of remaking the order I already spent an hour waiting for I was directed to contact support and had to order somewhere else. Tonight, I placed an order once more only for it to be cancelled due to “complications with the store”. I’m generally understanding as I also work in fast food but this was beyond frustrating.
