The service is ridiculous, everytime I go into this location every employee is standing around doing nothing. While they are standing there, there is NO visible leadership in site. Employees are on their cell phones constantly. I made the mistake again today, I went in to order food and two employees were standing at the counter. I tried to use the men's room, bit there was no paper. This was strange as there was NO ONE IN DRIVE THRU AND NO IN HOUSE CUSTOMERS. WHERE IS LEADERSHIP??????? PLEASE FIND ANOTHER BK TO VISIT THIS ONE IS A JOKE!!!!!!!!!!

After a very disappointing experience at a different location I was finally able to get lunch how I wanted it and served with a smile! Didn’t catch his name but a very kind young man helped me and cashed me out. Just glad to get to eat!

We where treated very kindly by the manager this evening. We where given a gift card by some friends and for some reason the card will would not swipe. Apparently their pos system does not allow them to enter card manually anymore. He told us it's not our fault or problem it's Burger King's and proceeded to gift us our order that night. Thank you very much to all the staff at this location.

George and the rest of his crew are great , they always have good energy and good customer service when i go.

The staff is very unprofessional and have no personable traits. The restraint was disgustingly and filthy. There were 3 people sleeping at tables in the lobby. Obviously homeless. Ketchup all over the counters. No ice in the soda machine. No barbecue sauce available for chicken fries. Lobby floor was disgusting. And obviously has not been cleaned. Manager on duty blamed the state of the restaurant on the night shift from the previous day.
