Got a number five, regular size, with eight piece nuggets on the side. I was asked to wait when I arrived in the drive thru, waiting long enough to comfortably place my car in park, only to receive seven of my eight nuggets I purchased and lukewarm food (jr. whopper and fries). Sadly, we’ve tried this location multiple times and it’s either adequate or poor service.

The absolutely worst run fast food joint in the Omaha area, and thats saying alot. Had my 2nd experience of absolutely nobody answering drive thru during business hours. The parking lot and access roads to this location are in complete disrepair, the dining room is always a filthy mess yet when there are employees there, they are too busy on their phones to work. Get it together.

always closed innthe dining room, not paying for a drive thru, i want a resterant dine in experience, covid is over guys. many burger kings are like this and have gone down hill. manager lady is very nice though and its akways open when she is working. but other line level employees are lazy.
