I had a terrible experience at this Burger King. After placing my order and waiting in line, my total came to $40.65. I handed over $100.65, but the two girls at the register took the money, opened the window, and rudely told me they couldn’t accept the bill. I was confused because the bill wasn’t fake—I had just withdrawn it from the bank. From where I was standing, I could clearly see the register and multiple $20 bills inside. It didn’t make sense why they couldn’t give me my correct change, which was only $60 (just three $20 bills). On top of that, I asked for condiments, but they didn’t include any with my order. Their behavior was extremely rude, and they kept quickly closing the window on us without providing any explanation. No wonder this location has such low ratings. I won’t be returning.

Food was fine but service bit very helpful. I used the ketchup dispenser and it was watery. I told a person at the counter hoping they would fix it but they just said “it’s always that way”. How lazy can a person be to simply not go and fix it?
I also asked for no onions on the sandwich but of course there were onions. Face palm

I would give this location a negative number if I could. Over 3.5 years and probably 15 visits, I have yet to receive warm food or great service. I frequent other BK's around town with little to no disappointment, but only go here every 6 months or so hoping they have resolved their issues. Not yet, another 20 minute wait as the only customer only to get home with cold food that tastes like garbage.

Ordered foods through the drive through.They tried to upcharge me on a couple of packets of bbq sauce they charged extra! Then the " manager" took my money and pocketed !!!! Cant fix that huh bad management at the trailer park bk

I went through drive thru about 9:30 pm October 25, 2024. The gal quickly took my order. There was one car ahead of me. I literally waited in line no more than 5 minutes when I got to the window. I exchanged small talk with the gal and found out she was running the whole store alone. She was taking orders, cooking food, making drinks and collecting payments. She was so friendly despite doing it all. Shame on the store gym for allowing this unsafe practice! Please recognize this amazing employee though!!

I wish so badly there was a closer option. I've been living in this area for 8 years and for 8 years straight, the service has been absolutely TRASH! I don't like to bash businesses or people, but come on...8 years. I only keep going because it's the only near location, but I definitely do not recommend this location. And how can you consistently have rude staff? Do you recruit them or train them to be rude?
And from the looks of it, many other have had Unpleasant experiences as well. According to the reviews. Since these matters seem to NOT be addressed, it doesn't matter to the owners. Poorly ran establishment!

How this place is still open is insane! This is the worst, slowest "fast food" drive thru restaurant I have ever been to. I have given them multiple chances and have not once gotten a warm meal without error. It is always at least a 15+ minute wait regardless if you're the only person there or not. Never again. Never again.
