The gentleman who took my order was very polite. The food on the other hand was the worst that I've ever experienced from there. When I live half a block away and get home right to eat there is no reason the burger meat and fries should be cold and hard. The whoppers we got were dry,burnt and cold at the same time. Please do better. Make the food as if you were the ones eating it.

Burger King 🫅🤴 located in West Omaha on Maple St. Great specials, nice selection of menu items 🍟🍔🍗🥤🧋 Friendly and helpful staff. Nice and clean restaurant and🚾 restrooms 🚹🚺 Free refills on drinks. I really like the Flame 🔥 broiled flavor 😋 the drive through 🚗🚙is open until midnight 👍 Plenty of free parking and handicap ♿️ spaces available 😉 Wheelchair 👨🦽👩🦽 accessible ramp and doors 🚪 Give them a try 👍😋

Anna or Anne whatever her name is was down right rude I told her I had a coupon she said what’s the number I told her I’m not sure what the number is in a rude voice she said the number there’s a number on the coupon so I told her I completed my order went to the window she tells me the total I was doing tap to pay and I’m short so I don’t have long arms she literally takes the tap pay holds it in the opening of the window the. Closes the window while I tap I had to stretch out the window then she’s like DO YOU WANT KETCHUP no again DO YOU WANT KETCHUP. No if I wanted ketchup I’d ask my daughter asked for Bbq she said there’s a fee for sauce I have never been charged for sauce at a BK then she walks over to bag the food and throws it in the bag I mean like chucks it Idk what your problem is lady but you need to fix your attitude or maybe change jobs it took everything in me not to cuss you out DO BETTER

When I walked in they were talking negative about their customers. Not very professional. I also said only ketchup and they put everything on by burger. This is one of the worst locations in Omaha. If you can avoid this location because they are rude and unprofessional.
I went to this store with a coupon and felt very unwanted. At first the man with the beard told me they didn't have bacon cheeseburgers and then I said that was off because I have a coupon. He rudely asked for a code. I added lettuce and it's 50 cents for a piece of lettuce? Needless to say I won't return and I see why no one is ever in the parking lot. They shouldn't send out coupons if they don't want people to use them.

This Burger King is sadly unprofessional when it comes to the later crew. The staff did not care one single bit about a single customer. I get having fun, but when there’s work to be done you just gotta do it. One staff member tonight 7/23/25 in the drive through, kept his back to us as he joked around with his coworker, who was dressed unprofessionally. When we got our order there was no acknowledgment, no thanks to us for waiting over ten minutes, and we didn’t even have silverware. Sad and disappointing form this location.

Burger King and all the other very-well known fast food restaurants aren’t half as good as they were when I was growing up, but yet the prices are too high for the quality-lacking food that hardly has any taste at all! That’s the truth!! The only reason I go to Burger King is because my son likes the chicken nuggets.
