Went to get breakfast. They had an extremely large order to prepare. They handled everything so efficiently while continuing to assist everyone that came in to place orders. They remained calm and polite while assisting all that came in while handling the drive through and walk-in customers. Very organized and professional. Well done.

Absolutely horrible in every way! They gave us chicken nuggets for our kids that were very clearly extremely old and disgusting!!! My sandwich was not cooked…. And my coke was literally just carbonated water like how can you not notice that the coke was not even brown…. Absolutely ruined Burger King for us will never go again…. Just disgusted with everything!!!

This place could mess up a one person rock fight. Just avoid. Maybe order everything seperate so you can add what you want or dont. And pretty sure the young girl in drove through was high enough to smell the color purple.

I pull up to at 8:35 on a Wednesday nnight to order 4 things. No one is in the drive threw. They tell me one moment please. I sit there for 4 minutes+ and none answer me so I started pulling forward. I can hear the female say he just pulled forward and backed up over the microphone. I don't know what fast food is nor do I know customer service too much I only own a business but that is not how you treat anyone. The lady then confronted me at the window and asked if I pulled forward and backed up I said yes there is Noone in line. I then pull into parking lot to post this review and she comes up to my car to ask what I'm doing ?
I asked her for her name and she wouldn't give it to me. I'll never come back to this bk again

Food wasn't worth a photo. Ordered 2 original chicken sandwiches, fries, and drinks. Sandwiches were horrible, not like they used to be. Asked for a ranch the guy who originally helped us was grabbing me a ranch, and some short troll looking thing named Anna with short brown hair and glasses rudely said 27 cents. I went up because I had asked my husband to grab me a ranch, and I thought he forgot. He later told me the troll was rude to him too. Its not about the 27 cents, its how you present it to someone. Also, I wasn't asking for 10 of them, just 1 of them, after spending $20 for lunch. She should not be helping any customers as rude as she is. I think she could've been the manager, rude at any rate. I guess that's why BK lobby and drive thru are not busy anymore at this location.

It is always unfortunate to see employees get behind and flustered in a food service environment especially a fast food establishment. But you just cannot reuse food that has been returned from a customer at a drive through. I wouldn't even want an employee to consume it much less a customer. What ever the restaurant fast food or fine dining customers are trusting you to feed them with consideration of safe food handling practices to ensure their health as well as your reputation.

Horrible service, very rude people, never again

First of all, I just wanna say that from the jump through the drive-through the lady that took my order was downright rude. Kept saying she couldn’t hear me asked me to repeat myself several times when I have a voice that naturally carries when I speak I pulled up to the window to find out she was on her phone talking to somebody and that’s why she couldn’t hear me. Ordered a double whopper through the drive-thru with no cheese no onions, specifically told them my son had an allergy. Get home and there’s cheese and a bunch of onions. I call the manager explained to him the situation he was polite and asked me to come back and they would have a new one ready and made with no cheese no onions. I get there the bag is sealed. I went ahead and opened it right there, at this point, I’ve already wasted a trip so I wanted to make sure it was correct and there was still cheese on it. When I was speaking to the manger and unwrapping the sandwich to make sure no cheese no onions was on the sandwich The girl that took my order through the drive thru was rudely talking over the manager and talking at me like I was her home girl. I was absolutely disgusted how I was treated and also disgusted with how the manager handled the situation as the girl kept yelling rude comments “ this is why I don’t like blondes……this isn’t that big of a deal.” Then proceeded to go in the back to the grill and say she was going to make my sandwich with no pickle no onions and I said no I don’t want you touching my sandwich. I want the manager or someone else to make it because of her aggressive demeanor and Unnecessary comments. Like this sandwich is for my child and it’s not a joke. I did take a video of all my interactions. it and I will be contacting the GM and corporate.

I had a terrible experience at this Burger King. After placing my order and waiting in line, my total came to $40.65. I handed over $100.65, but the two girls at the register took the money, opened the window, and rudely told me they couldn’t accept the bill. I was confused because the bill wasn’t fake—I had just withdrawn it from the bank. From where I was standing, I could clearly see the register and multiple $20 bills inside. It didn’t make sense why they couldn’t give me my correct change, which was only $60 (just three $20 bills). On top of that, I asked for condiments, but they didn’t include any with my order. Their behavior was extremely rude, and they kept quickly closing the window on us without providing any explanation. No wonder this location has such low ratings. I won’t be returning.
