On Tuesday, February 25th, 2025, I had the unfortunate experience of encountering a rude and unwelcoming staff member during the evening shift. After carefully confirming my order with her, I browsed the menu board for a potential addition, but when my order finally arrived, it was inaccurate despite the earlier confirmation from the staff.
I politely pointed out the error, hoping for a resolution, but instead, I was met with an incredulous response: “So I made a mistake!” It felt as though my concern was more of a nuisance to her than anything else. To my astonishment, she told me that “ Sir! You are bothering me “ and to eat my food and leave. Such behavior was completely unacceptable and left me feeling disheartened. A little kindness goes a long way in customer service!

Cold fries that look’s a day old. My stomach hurts and I do not trust this location now.
a few days ago i was helped by a very handsome manager (with the piercings) he was quick and attentive and his customer service voice was phenomenal. 10/10 would recommend just for him!!

I went through the drive through at 835 and they told me it was only breakfast available until 1030. I work graveyard and normally go to the Elkhorn location and they make the burger that is on their menu during this time frame. “You Rule” right 😂 so I had to order through the app next door just to go through the drive through and give a code, get told it would be 6 minutes and it was 14 minutes. Did no pickles add onion and only got 1 small piece of bacon. Wow
Don’t go here make the extra 2 mile drive to Elkhorn BK. Better food, Better Service and Better Atmosphere.
