Went there on a Saturday night, prime dinner time. First thing I noticed was they had the drive thru blocked. So, I went inside and saw why. There were only two people working. Saturday night, during the holidays, with only two people. They made my order and it was fine, other than I had to go inside, so at least there’s that. I don’t know why Burger King continues to struggle with staffing and other issues when other fast food places seem to mostly figure it out. As I drove away, I couldn’t help it notice the long line of people getting food at Runza and Taco John’s. And I was thinking of all the money that Burger King loses out on because they can’t staff their restaurant and are forced to close the drive-through.

I would love to bring my kids here more for the playplace, but the cleanliness is just awful. Im not sure they have had it cleaned within the year. Which is a shame because my kids love the playplace and they are so hard to find now.

On Tuesday, February 25th, 2025, I had the unfortunate experience of encountering a rude and unwelcoming staff member during the evening shift. After carefully confirming my order with her, I browsed the menu board for a potential addition, but when my order finally arrived, it was inaccurate despite the earlier confirmation from the staff.
I politely pointed out the error, hoping for a resolution, but instead, I was met with an incredulous response: “So I made a mistake!” It felt as though my concern was more of a nuisance to her than anything else. To my astonishment, she told me that “ Sir! You are bothering me “ and to eat my food and leave. Such behavior was completely unacceptable and left me feeling disheartened. A little kindness goes a long way in customer service!
