The last time I went here months ago a red headed employee was having a literal temper tantrum and was acting nuts. Gave it another try today, my food was soggy and gross, didn’t get the sauce I asked for, soda was flat. Just go to the one on center that one always has good service and top notch

This has to be by far one of the worst run establishments I have ever been to. I was picking up a doordash order and when I was handed the bag, I questioned the girl as to if the entire order was in the bag, to which I was told yes. I looked at the number of items ordered and knew there should have been a second bag. I unsealed the bag and checked and as I thought the order was incomplete. I immediately took it back inside to state it was missing items and the girl was very unprofessional and got an attitude with me. After receiving the bag the second time, I checked to make sure all items were there and items were still missing. I went back inside a second time and told them the order was still incorrect and I was accuses by the girl of stealing food from the bag. I told her To come verify there is nothing in my car and she refused and told me I was a thief. I then asked for the manager and a guy who was standing there the entire time watching how I was treated told me he was the manager. I explained the order was incorrect twice and now I was being called a liar and thief. He in turn was rude and didn't see a problem with the girl's behavior. I asked for his name three times and was never given it. I then called my customer to explain the situation and he stated he wanted the entire order remade fresh. I told the "manager" and he took the bag from me and supposedly made new food. I sat and watched and the only new food that was made were chicken fries of which the original rude girl used her bare hands to take out and put in the boxes. No gloves at all! I asked for the General Manager's name and was told they called him and they were told they can't give out his name. Total lies. I was told I could call and talk to him in the morning. I said "You can bet that I will and I will also contact corporate and the health department.". I have never been treated so disrespectfully. To be called a liar and a thief all because I called your attention to the fact the order was wrong not once but twice, due to your lack of attention to detail, is unacceptable. I will NEVER go back and I can guarantee my customer will not either. If I were the franchise owner, I would take a good hard look at who you have running your business and then clean house before they take your store completely under due to rude and unhealthy behavior.

I don’t usually review fast food restaurants because, we all know what we’re getting in the drive thru lanes.I ordered a combo meal and had to wait, I was told, for fresh fries. Not problem at all, I’ll gladly wait for fresh food.Except when I got home, a 5 minute drive, everything was cold. The fries and the whopper. I hadn’t had BK in a long time and now I remember why.Gal working the drive thru was friendly and remembered everything in the order.

Ordered a whopper large got a large drink medium fry half way filled up.....no receipt and it asked me for cookies at the start of the order.....no cookies in the bag....what a joke!

Place was dirty. Most of the tables needed cleaned. Dirty napkins laying around. Restrooms were nasty. Only two employees working. Floor was sticky. Two employees didn't really care how the place looked.

They literally have one employee running the entire restaurant at the lunch rush. She was working her a** off and was very apologetic about the wait. She should be getting 4x salary for the amount of work she's doing.

Sadly, I never caught their name, but twice my significant other and I have come here close to when the location is supposed to be closed down (which I'm so sorry that this happens) because we get off of our jobs late into the night. The server who was working on the first visit was the highlight of our entire day-she was incredibly sweet and because they had a little bit left over, she gave us some extra fries to take home with us (since I believe it was just her by that point) and she was trying to close things down.I feel bad that we've never caught her name, but she's been working both times that we've grabbed our late dinner-she deserves a raise/promotion/whatever you could possibly offer her, because she deserves it.Again, I feel incredibly bad that we have come both times when it's very close to closing-but she's amazing! ^.^

Burger King is Burger King, and you expect a certain level of service, etc.. when you go there. Normally, getting one of their burgers takes me back to my childhood. I had something in mind when I went today to get my order, I wanted that 6 dollar deal with the double bacon cheese burger, fries, and chicken fries. So that is what I ordered. She asked if I wanted spicey or normal chicken fries, which I responded spicey, it popped on on the drive-through screen, I asked for ranch, and that popped up. She gave me my price, and I pulled up and got my meal after a longer then normal wait. I drive the 6 minutes back to my work location and pull e everything out of the bag... the fries were there and fine. Everything else was wrong. Sweet and sour instead of ranch cups, normal chicken fries instead of spicey, and the real slap in the face was the burger. My double bacon cheese burger was a bun, two meat patties, and nothing else. No onions, mustard, ketchup, cheese, or bacon... Unfortunately, I don't have time to drive back here, nor am I sure I even have a receipt. Sad times all around.

Food took forever. Guy working there was moving very very slowly but he did try to make conversation with me but I could not understand what he was talking about.
