it took over 20 mint for me to get A burger. A SINGLE BURGER!!! ONE literally nothing else. no drink nothing, there’s no reason to be that slow
Didn’t want to order inside to begin with, but accidentally hit “redeem at restaurant” with my free fry coupon. Derp. Ordered an a la carte Rodeo Cheeseburger, a large fry, and a small drink before presenting the coupon.
Couldn’t figure out why my total was over $8 when it should’ve been $4 – but rolled my eyes and blamed it on inflation and paid anyway before checking my receipt.
Instead of ringing up my item a la carte, she rang it up as a combo and then gave me an extra large fry and small drink “just because.” She swore I had needed to give her the coupon code before ordering to prevent this…
But like, bro, I know how this works. First off, you could’ve spotted the issue before I paid and FIXED IT. Secondly, you could’ve just rung it up a la carte LIKE I ORDERED IT instead of trying to “help me out” by ringing it up as a combo (and then charging me for an extra fry and drink?)
Rude. Unprofessional. Unhelpful. Will not return.

I just went through the drive through Thursday, 12/4/2025 @ 8:15AM. Can I just say, as a store manager of a business myself, whoever the girl was in the drive-through today that took my order and gave me my order, I just wanted to say you are absolutely somebody I would hire! Wow, she was so friendly and actually had a real smile on her face. She put me in a great mood for the morning. Whoever you are, thank you for being so nice! It actually really goes a long way! My food was really good too! Burger King-this young lady should train everybody on excellent customer service :-)

the worst service ever!!!
Really bad cashier, we came for promotional burgers, she acted like she doesnt know. When we kept asking, she then suddenly remembered that she know what we are talking about. Long story short, horrible service, bad personnel. Dont dine or order from here

The lady at the drive-through was very mean condescending and sarcastic, when trying to place our order. Acting like she didn’t know the menu so I got tired of her attitude and went inside and she had the audacity to talk about us in Spanish so whoever was working your drive-through today at 11:40am should be not be working with the general public. And since this location does not have a working phone number I’m going to call corporate and get her out of there no one should be treated the way she treated us and talking badly about a customer in front of them and their child

Very strange place. Doors are locked at noon on Tuesday. No one in line and waited 15 minutes for an order that was COLD!!! This place needs to just shut down.
Great service. They will accept the survey coupon codes from the back of the receipt for a free whopper. Something that the Millard location refuses to do.
Employee/ manager is always rude as hell. Very unwelcoming environment. Unfortunate because the food is good at BK.
Forgot most of my order can’t reach them if you call

Employee needs to be retrained on customer service etiquette. I sat there in drive thru with no response for way too long, the lady could acknowledge by saying “hi, one moment.” If they’re busy. At the window I was asking for sauce and she shut the window before I could finish my sentence with no acknowledgement. It’s easy, simple things you do as a worker that make a big difference for customers experience
The service was very fast and the people were very friendly. I definitely recommend the restaurant for fast cleaning and, above all, my food was hot.
How is it possible that I order in the app and still have to wait over 30 mins when I arrived to get my food? I tried saying over the intercom that it was a mobile order and nothing. Than they go and help the person on the other lane that got there way after me. Every time I come here it's always something. Never again.
