I just changed my review from a one star to a five star Because of the employee who just served me very kind, caring, and considerate, nothing like the old employee that was at the window for quite a while. i’m not sure when she left, but that was probably a good thing for the business I have had a different female at the drive-through and she was great. Thank you for giving us employees that actually care! So far the food is amazing. The fries are completely hot. Definitely worth the money.

The food is always fresh and hot when I go to this location. The young lady who works the register on the weekday mornings is one of the nicest cashiers I’ve come across. She always has a welcoming smile for me (and I stop here often). She’s always very polite as well. Good experience!

I visited the Burger King restaurant at 144 and West Center in Omaha Nebraska. I have to say that whatever remodel company they used to remodel that restaurant did an excellent job. I haven't seen a Burger King restaurant so clean like that one. The employees are doing an excellent job taking the time and being proud of your place of work. It shows.Vegetarian options: The Impossible Whopper was excellent!

the cashier wasnt very nice and they had a customer come behind the counter into the kitchen to check to see if the sign his wife hit was okay. they were timely with the food but it sat there for a few minutes and then we had to ask to get the apple juice cause he said he forgot

The fact that the general manager allows other managers to bully employees is ver unsettling. I was very shocked to see one manager talk to another employee as if she was a no body snatching things from other employees n the way that verionica (manger) is allowed to do

Gotta love the croissant breakfast sandwiches. Wife likes the ham and I like the sausage patty on mine. If you go to fast food restaurants or any takeout restaurants and you don't get what you paid for, it's your fault for not checking. Today you can't expect that it will always be right! The response of " can you come back", is terrible service!

The lady who took our order did not smile or greet us when we entered the store. The burgers we ordered were undercooked. The grill team made us new burgers, but it's a little disappointing it happened in the first place. The bun on my burger was so dry it crumbled when I took a bite out of it, and the overall atmosphere of the store was blah.

If I could give zero stars I would. The worker in the drive through was extremely rude and starting cussing at us. Hispanic speaking Maria stated she was the manager, so I’m not sure if she thinks she can treat guests in whatever way she pleases because she’s the manager or not. I spoke to other customers and the said that the driver through worker (Maria) was rude with them as well, was short with them, and seemed like she had better things to do.
