The employees are nice whenever have found myself here, but all it takes is 1 bad experience and it all goes up in flames. The manager, not regular crew, was so rude that I will NEVER come back. I hope upper management looks into retraining because good customer service should be the base requirement before making someone a manager

Hi, I’d like to file a complaint. I ordered a burger — just the burger, nothing complicated — and I was given the wrong item. On top of that, no one answers the phone when I try to call. I’m already far away and I’m not going back, so you basically ruined my meal. This is really disappointing.

So do Americans or people in general eat fast food on 30th street in Omaha Ne ? I just ordered 3 times at a location on 30th street and forest lawn waited 20+ minutes for my food in a drive threw with 2 cars in it. Idk what's going on but this is ay least the 5th time since I've come in 2 years probably why I dont make it a regular thing. This world is wild and fast food isn't fast food anymore nor good food.

The person at window was very friendly, but my burger was disgusting! I ordered Whopper Jr, add cheese and no mayo. Get home, no cheese and loaded with mayo. Threw it away as was so disgusted. You can't just bag up anything and call it right, especially where allergies are concerned!

Website says drive thru open at 6an. Went at 645am and nobody there and not open. Even if open at 7am there would be someone there prepping. Need to change website to show correct times
