I ordered an impossible burger, medium fries and a medium iced tea. I am not even sure this is an impossible burger, but it is raw. Look at the brown wilted lettuce, no onions, slathered with mayo, the patty is broke in half. That is not ketchup, that is blood on the bun. The fries were half gone. Shut down the restaurant if you can't serve food safely.

30th and Forrest Lawn location is the absolute worst, rude service not a hello or thank you, takes them forever to do anything, food cold nasty. Never going to that location

Jaylin needs to be fired . Retrain the whole crew. I waited 40 mins for 2 burgers and fries for my kids and they still forgot the fries. Terrible service. Worst bk in omaha nebraska. Be glad when they close this location just like

45 minute wait in the drive through with me and another car. Still got order wrong. Multiple times I've been here before 8pm and they are done taking orders. I'm done at this Burger King, driving to another one or getting something else is worth it.

Forgot my nuggets and had to go back. Which is fine. Just takes to long to order and get your food. Had no one in front of me. Just had to park my car and wait.
Store was open but I was turned away on three separate occasions. Once was because I showed up between breakfast and lunch. I ordered breakfast and they said they couldn't serve me because they were serving lunch so I ordered lunch and they said they couldn't serve me because lunch wasn't ready. The other two times was because it was during a shift change so they couldn't serve anything. Some of the help is rude and just don't care. Fries are almost always cold. Might as well just shut the place down.

Worst food this side of the equator, don’t even have pop they said. Horrible. Never seen anything like this. Need new staff and everything. Tear it down rebuild it and hire staff that can tie there shoes.

Poor management they forgot to put cheese on my burger and the manager handed me a slice of cheese pluses he had a black dew rag on his head this is one of the WORST BURGER KINGS EVER!!!!!
