Waited 5 and half minuest at the drive through with an employee asking if I could wait a minute. There were no cars in line or at the window. So after waiting I pulled up to the first window and discovered that employee looking at his cell phone. I asked if anyone was working, he muttered something about the counter. The inside traffic was minimal. I left without making a purchase.

What’s the point of having posted hours if you going to tell people you’re closed at 9:43pm. Lights are on, boards are on, inside lights are on. But everyone’s standing in the kitchen area.
Pulled up to the board and got told “we’re closed” with a very rude attitude. When I responded with your hours say till 10. All she responded with was “nope”. Typically this place has great service, but tonight was the exception. If you don’t want to work then why are you there?

The single and double mix n match is still a bargain in my opinion! (06-23-25) Haven't had any issues here in awhile. Breakfast and burgers are very tasty, fries (at all BKs) are not that good and overpriced lol. Staff has been friendly.

McKenzie is very respectful and fast and knowledgeable at her job.
I believe her name was Mckenzie, I don't know how burger king does it when it comes to choosing people but she is definitely a team player, that young lady helped me with my complicated meal (I had a #9 with everything on it) I know when I go in there to eat in the mornings, she makes sure that everything is super fresh and ready no matter the time, if I can; she needs to be on a employee of the month board, she killed it!!! 100/10. Thank you for the amazing service at 177th west center!!
I just got bad terrible news after working for this store for almost 2 weeks going on just got fired for not being good at what I was good at remind you everyone else was doing the same thing I was doing maybe just a little faster then me cause they worked there longer then me I get lies told on me about not doing my job or I was on my phone most of the time as they say remind you everyone else does the same thing I was doing when we wasn’t busy on they phones because we didn’t get no cars in drive through way before I even came to this Burger King they always had bad reviews, always was short handed staff always was making people wait for a long period of time but now since they have a black new girl working it’s a problem no that’s not fair this needs to be heard because I was showing up to working as needed never missed a day no none of that thats crazy work and remind you I’m 7 months pregnant
