I visited the Burger King on S. 177th Plaza last week and forgot my review I was very impressed by the service I received. The staff was friendly, attentive, and efficient. I especially want to commend Mary and Chris, who went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. Mary took my order with a smile and made sure I got everything I wanted. Chris prepared my food quickly and neatly, and even added some extra fries as a bonus. They both checked on me several times and asked if I needed anything else. They were very professional and courteous, and they made me feel like a valued customer. I will definitely come back to this Burger King and recommend it to my friends. Thank you, Mary and Chris, for your exceptional service! This is very important as BK has definitely been taking a turn for the worst over the last decade and so it's nice to visit one that remembers BKs core values.

My kids and I stoped here today,, I ordered a 20 piece nugget and fries ,, The man took our order and I asked for ranch he’s the said you know you have to buy them,, NOTHEN IS FREE HERE!! Right in frount of my 12 yr old ,, Ibsaid yes I will take four please ,, If I need more I will come back up,, He then said YA AND YOU WILL BE BYING THOSE TOO!! I ALMOST LOST IT!! ON TOP OF IT HE SMELLED AND HIS HAIR WAS SO GREASY!! WE WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!

The biggie bag had french fries, 4 spicy chicken nuggets, a large orange fanta and a bacon cheeseburger. Not bad but my soda was super flat- tasted more like juice then soda.The fries were good though!
Waited almost 30 mins in the drive though to get my food. This is crazy, I will not be back.

Edit: I'm not convinced this particular store isn't just a front for something else and the Burger King/Food is a secondary operation. It's so consistently bad... For years...Just save yourself the hassle. If they aren't closed (two mobile orders over the last two weeks we're rejected 20 minutes after paying because location had closed. This was at 3:30 pm and 9:30 pm) Your order will be wrong/missing items at worst and at the very best it will be low quality. For example, a recent whopper was one of the saddest burgers I've had in a while. A slice of tomato, a slice of onion, zero pickles, a pinch of lettuce, a massive portion of mayo and a squirt of ketchup. The room temperature burger dripped with mayonnaise water every bite taken.This might have been because it was a free whopper with purchase of a Ch'King sandwich... But I didn't even receive the Ch'King sandwich I ordered so I figured they could have at least stepped up the whopper quality.10/10 would avoid.

I've gone through the drive thru twice now and had to leave both times without ordering. The first time was because they told me to wait and never came back to take my order and the 2nd time as I waited in one lane another car came to the next lane after I had been waiting and they never came back to take my order but took the other car's order immediately. I will never go to this Burger King again. This is not good customer service.
