I liked this location up until a little while ago. The new late night drive thru guy is a JERK!! He’s snappy and rude. The food has also gone down hill, my nuggets are cold and have clearly been sitting out for a LONG time.

I was at the window picking up my order and seen the person behind the line wiping his nose twice with his hand and fingers, he was the person doing the burgers and then he wiped it on his shirt then he took the burger out of the microwave or whatever .I had already paid for it but I told the young man at at the window what I saw he give me any response so I left. I will never go back again. Your hamburgers are pre made onion rings were ice cold this was discusting food. I was looking forward to it too,that's not what i remember, I'll go to Don and millie next time, what a disappointment. I will pass the word about how bad it is. I don't ever remember them being that horrible I'd rather go anywhere. I did eat the fries they were ok. They should have been you can't screw them up. You should be reported to the health department. Discusting Cost $14 for that junk wow!

Wanted a Frisco burger from Hardee's. Closed for remodel. Next closest food at 2pm late lunch was BK. I ordered the original chicken sandwich meal with cheese. I got home and to my surprise, there was a Whopper with cheese instead of Chicken. I ate it. The mayo like watery fluids of it made a mess. I hadn't had a Whopper in years. It seemed a lot smaller than before. Honestly, it was pretty good. Fries sucked. Chewy n cold like 2pm lunch fries are.

I think this BK has different management than the one on west Center and 175 because this one is so much better than that one. Nice staff here. Even the food is fresher and less likely to be wrong.

Today (6/20/24 at 3:00pm) I was the only car in the drive-through where I sat at the ordering screen for eight minutes without being acknowledged. Said “ hello hello” multiple times and never got a response. Eventually backed out and went to the other lane thinking the speaker was malfunctioning, but nope same thing. Eventually backed out and left. How are you not going to have anyone working the drive thru?? Need some serious oversight here or something

We came through the drive through about 9:30 pm on Saturday 6/15/24. We ordered a Texas whopper and an original chicken sandwich. They were both FIRE! The staff was so friendly, the food came out hot and fast. It was an amazing burger, and the og chicken sandwich was just like i remembered when I was a kid. Good job Elkhorn BK. ❤️??

Stopped in tonight. Ordered two whopper with cheese meals no onions and a jr whp cheese meal plan. Got home, no cheese and onion for both meals. The jr cheese meal looked like someone took bites out of it. Of course no one answered the phone when I called them. The receipt that was given, the info/codes needed to go online and review were cut off. Now I know why there is never a line in the drive thru here. Do better Elkhorn burger king off of 204th and dodge!
