Got my order at the counter and told the guy that I had ordered onion rings not fries. I watched him pick up the the fries that had fallen out of it's container onto my tray with his bare hand and placed them back into the fry bin. So someone is going to get his germs! Also, I was the only person in the restaurant and they changed the overhead music (jazz genre?) into heavy metal and cranked it! No offense to heavy metal but not in a family oriented restaurant. $15 for a small combo meal? Wow! At least it tasted OK. Will never come back to this store.

Please I hope someone from Coporate read this. At this location the workers cooking your food ,never have hair nets. They will b on their phones in front of the expo then grab food. Also drinking over ever order that comes out. Contamination is real,and good food handling Pratice is definitely not in place here. Be careful I will go back just to see are there any changes. This should b disturbing to everyone that walks thur that door.

I liked this location up until a little while ago. The new late night drive thru guy is a JERK!! He’s snappy and rude. The food has also gone down hill, my nuggets are cold and have clearly been sitting out for a LONG time.

I was at the window picking up my order and seen the person behind the line wiping his nose twice with his hand and fingers, he was the person doing the burgers and then he wiped it on his shirt then he took the burger out of the microwave or whatever .I had already paid for it but I told the young man at at the window what I saw he give me any response so I left. I will never go back again. Your hamburgers are pre made onion rings were ice cold this was discusting food. I was looking forward to it too,that's not what i remember, I'll go to Don and millie next time, what a disappointment. I will pass the word about how bad it is. I don't ever remember them being that horrible I'd rather go anywhere. I did eat the fries they were ok. They should have been you can't screw them up. You should be reported to the health department. Discusting Cost $14 for that junk wow!

Wanted a Frisco burger from Hardee's. Closed for remodel. Next closest food at 2pm late lunch was BK. I ordered the original chicken sandwich meal with cheese. I got home and to my surprise, there was a Whopper with cheese instead of Chicken. I ate it. The mayo like watery fluids of it made a mess. I hadn't had a Whopper in years. It seemed a lot smaller than before. Honestly, it was pretty good. Fries sucked. Chewy n cold like 2pm lunch fries are.
