Stopped in tonight. Ordered two whopper with cheese meals no onions and a jr whp cheese meal plan. Got home, no cheese and onion for both meals. The jr cheese meal looked like someone took bites out of it. Of course no one answered the phone when I called them. The receipt that was given, the info/codes needed to go online and review were cut off. Now I know why there is never a line in the drive thru here. Do better Elkhorn burger king off of 204th and dodge!

The girl behind the counter did don’t understand much English so this was a very frustrating experience. I ordered a #10, which is the big fish meal, and I told her to also add another fish sandwich to my order.I got home, ate the 1st sandwich then when I bit into the second one it had hot sauce on it. I have a medical condition that forbids me to eat hot foods. I will never be going back to this store again.

The food is actually hot and the cheese is melted on the burger and the onion rings aren’t soggy. They’re nice and crispy. Best BK I’ve found in town.

I tried one of the new melt burgers, the picture I'm posting with this review is one of the patties I got on my burger. So I didn't eat it, whole thing was a waste and I contact customer service for help with this. I'm told the best they can do for me is a $5 coupon for my for the burger being bad and my lunch break at work being wasted. I would recommend avoiding this location.

Burger King is not my usual choice for fast food but when someone gives you a gift card, you might as well find a Burger King and take advantage of a free meal. This location is not a popular spot except for drive through orders. I went inside and saw a downsized counter, menu, and a skeleton staff. Ordering was relatively easy, used my gift card, and waited for the order. No major complaints and the chicken sandwich flavor and texture has improved from a memory I had over a decade ago. No major complaints at this location or using a gift card for payment.

Ordered three meals, drive three miles home, and our burgers were COLD. Not warm - not even a little bit. Cheese wasn’t even kind of melted because the burgers were COLD. In this day and age when prices are going up - customer service and quality are even more important. I won’t waste my money here again.

Got an 8 piece nuggets. I come to bk all the time. Never ever ever seen nuggets so soaked in grease. I just bought a new car and now have to go get my seat detailed cuz the grease was so bad it soaked through the wrapper and the bag and seeped into my seats. Grease all over my counter at my house. Disgusting. Absolutely won’t be back. Photo doesn’t do it justice cuz I cleaned up all the other grease literally EVERYWHERE. I get your nuggets are cheap but this is a whole new level of gross.

Stopped here after work so my wife could get a sandwhich and i could get an iced coffee.. we waited like 30 mins for just this small order there was only 2 cars in the drive thru maybe 1 small family inside..then when we did recieve the food and drink there was a bug in the bag not sure what kind of bug, either way i gave it back to the employee.. seems like u need to do some cleaning if theres bugs in the store and hire some more help to get stuff moving faster after all it is a fast food restaurant.P.s. i felt like i was being entrapped with the single lane drive thru i couldnt even leave and cancel my order had to sit in line and wait bcuz there no lane that goes around the drivethru lane which also seems like a safety issue if u ask me. What if someones car breaks down or catches fire or the building catches fire people have no way to get around or out of the way.

I stopped in today a little after 1 p.m. because I wanted to use 250 of my Burger King points to get a free cheeseburger and when you click on the cheeseburger under the rewards section of the app instead of giving me a six-digit code to redeem at the restaurant it asked me which location I wanted to pick up at? When I clicked on their location under the location options it says online ordering is unavailable. I'm not trying to order online I'm trying to give them a code so I can get a free cheeseburger so I can eat lunch. Well that didn't work, so I wanted to use one of the offers online for the free French fries with any purchase offer, when you click on that offer it says only redeemable through online ordering. The store doesn't offer online ordering or accept Burger King reward points, so I guess I just won't be getting lunch today. Thanks Burger King, I will not be back.
