The morning manager is rude and very unprofessional. The cook pre makes the food and that is disgusting. People pay with their hard earn money and should not be getting premade food that's been sitting for hours. Everything should be made fresh. This location disgust me!

Wanted some breakfast, but didnt want to be around a ton of people (Sunday morning). Seems like the entire city of Omaha is either at church or out having breakfast on Sundays. Where to go without a ton of people? My local Burger King. Can always trust this place will be empty. Service was good, food was BK. Actually only one complaint. For some reason BK and some other fast food joints have no idea how to serve a coke/diet coke. I don’t understand the complication, but i’ve never enjoyed a beverage from Bk. Either fix that or sell bottles.

If THIS FRANCHISE STORE won't abide by Birger King promotions, then they should SHUT THIS STORE DOWN.
There Iis LESS THAN ZERO CHANCE of passing ANY KIND of HEALTH INSPECTION. Place should be closed and boarded up.

Came to the drive thru and the woman on the speaker told me they would not serve me a cheeseburger this early, just the whoppers. I told her it was on the menu and I had never had an issue getting one before. She refused so I went to another location and they served me with absolutely no issue. This location or Atleast that employee should not behave with that attitude when serving customers.

Everytime my kids and I come to Burger King the manager at the register is always nice, he also brings us out food to our table, oh and it's always clean on the inside

It used to be average to below average, the the new manager took over (Jose F, i believe) and the difference is night and day. The service is 100x better, the food is always right, they check bags, they are courteous, it went from a place id really hem and haw about to my go to. I have probably visited 10+ times more since he took over than I used to because I can now count on them.

Went today at 8am. Floor was wet and sticky. Went to order and was told by the man at counter he isn't taking orders as of now while he was on phone. Why bother having the store opened if your not taking orders?
