WORST BK IN OMAHA!!! MESSED UP MY ORDER ASKED FOR WHOPPER WITH CHEESE GOT A JR WHOPPER SO I WENT HOME THEN WENT BACK BY THE WAY I SPENT 30.00 IN FOOD. NOW MY FOOD IS COLD 15 TO 20 MIN LATER THE MANAGER ASK FOR THE WHOPPER JR BACK AND SEEUNG I HAD 2 SHE OPENED IT UP WITH HER FINGERS TOOK IT AND SAID WE ARE GOING TO THROW IT AWAY NOT THAT I WANTED IT AFTER YOU HANDLED IT WITHOUT GLOVES!!! WHEN I SAID TO HER ALL MY FOOD IS FREEZING COLD NOW I NEED TO DRIVE HOME 10 MIN AND PUT THIS IN THE MICROWAVE FOR MY KIDDOS TO EAT SHE SAID I AM NOT ABLE TO MAKE YOUR ORDER OVER!! WHAT??? OK...It's BURGER KING!?But what I enjoy is their consistant quality, cleanliness, & reasonable pricing. Regular specials allow the whole family to enjoy a tasty meal, with drinks & dessert without having to do dishes? Coupons in the mail allow the family to select a delicious combo at a great price. Little ones love the "kids meals" & that famous Burger King ?Crown! Yep! The best place where "YOU RULE!"

I am diabetic and had to use the bathroom because of my medication and I was told I can only use if if I bought something. That is very unprofessional and even after I said it was a medical emergency the manager still said I had to buy something. If that is Burger King policy's I will never eat at you sorry establishment ever again and will be reporting this to the BBB for discrimination against people with disabilities.

I went into this store like I have done in the past considering I'm a door dash delivery but today I had time to eat before I had to be at my other thing I had going on and I went in but had to go to the bathroom well the bathroom door was locked and when I asked for the key they told me that the bathrooms were for customers only I said I'm going to get something but I really have to go to the bathroom first witch I shouldn't have to explain to someone but then again what ever she still refused to let me use the restroom I won't be coming back to this location ever again so if you have to use the restroom make sure it's not urgent cuz I guess holding ur money in ur hand isn't good enough for them this place is a joke!!!

In drive thru lane for 20 min to get 1 sandwich there was only 4 cars in front of me if you are looking for fast food stay away from

DO NOT GO TO THIS BURGER KING! If you want to be treated like an idiot then this would be the place to go! We went to grab a bite and decided to go inside instead of the drive thru. (Had to use the restrooms) We go in and they are both locked. Okay fine, we go to the counter and ask for the key. Without even looking at us the "Manager" says " They are for paying customers only." SERIOUSLY??I asked her if we were aloud to use them before we order? She says yes and takes 5 minutes to come around and unlock the doors. I kid you not, they waited for us to come back out.I still wanted food so we decided to just get it to go.I ordered the classic chicken sandwich and requested a freshly fried one and that I was willing to wait. I watched and it wasn't fresh. I said as much to her and she said it was and gave me our food. I have been eating those sandwiches freshly fried for over 30 yrs. I can tell when it's been sitting in a warmer! That woman needs a few lessons on how to treat customers!
