The broiler was malfunctioning and the wait was long. The manager explained this to me and I agreed to wait. Their level of professionalism was outstanding and cooler heads prevailed. Every other location needs to learn from them. As a bonus, for the wait, they did give me a Sprite the size of my head!

Their drive-thru is supposed to be open until 1am on week nights, but they pretend they're closed around midnight. They turn off their menu and ignore you at the speaker.

Yuk! Sorry King, I really love pickles, but these fail to make me want to run and get any more. Expensive, they should offer them as an alternative to fries or onion rings instead of an expensive side

8/13/2024 they're supposed to be open until 1am, but after successfully placing my order on the app at 12:05am I was told "we are shutdown" at the drive thru speaker. When asked what I do because I already placed my order, I was just told "you gotta do it through the app, our Internet is down so the orders aren't coming through" ... Okay, so why can't I pay with cash then?

I order 4 sausage egg and cheese croissants. I got to the window the lady said 20 something. I said I thought they were two for 5 she said that’s only if you ask! I’ve been to many burger kings and I’ve never heard that so I asked her to change it she got an attitude and her manager was in the back smiling and laughing. They changed the price and I gave her cash she handed me change I asked for the receipt and she said we don’t give a receipt when you pay cash and that’s when I got upset I said I think you got some stuff wrong because I’ve never heard anything like that she literally rolled her eyes and closed the window and walked away ! She had acne and several piercings and messy hair I could not see her name!
