Betty was so great. It was obvious there were not enough staff but Betty was so pleasant. She made sure our orders were correct and that we were taken care of.

Went there. 11/4/2025 7am the manager was running the drive to the WI Told her That It Was Still on the Lunch Menu.She got really Snoddy with her again.It was on the lunch menu and if they could.Please switch it to the breakfast menu, she was continued being snotty.I called up there to make a complaint to see if there was somebody above her there was not , I told her she was very rude and not professional and hung up a couple seconds later she started calling me.I did not answer the phone.And she called twice after I made the complaint about her unprofessional lady.I went across the street mcdonald's according to reading the reviews , i'm not the only one that has said the staff is rude

Two experiences with same manger. Night time and weekends. Would love to explain bot experiences. Basically she is very rude and lies. Have heard from other fast food stores all around. All corners around 108th Maple and Emmit. Food is good. No problem there. One time during week was treated very nicely. Very helpful cashier inside. Is why tried 2nd time. Gave another try got the night and evening manager. First time asked for the manager. She said she was. Took 3 times to get her name. No badge said name Tamy. Final time was wearing a badge. Different name. She was totally ignoing me am sure as she remembered how she treated me. I am working on informing others in corporate.

Wen there on a recent weekend. The staff was getting their butt kicked because there was only two employees, one to take orders and run food and another to cook. The older lady who has been working here for years was trying so hard to keep it together. She was stressed and it was hard to stay positive but she tried and was very apologetic for the delays. They were really set up to fail that morning. Food was otherwise perfect. I've had a shift like this in my younger days and it is a nightmare you can't wake up from. They did great!

I order Texas double whopper ,no onions and no mustard…and the person at the counter didn't pay attention to what I said and they gave me my hamburger with onion and mustard, I went in to change it and I told him that I had asked for it without mustard and without onion and they gave it to me without mustard but with onion, to which I told him that I had said without onion and the cook and the person at the counter got upset by what I was explaining to them and they made my hamburger wrong twice….. went today at 12:40 to buy my lunch and I was served by a very bad man, he answered me very ugly to my order and then he misunderstood why I wanted it to take away and took my food and began to throw it into the bag and when he handed it to me he gave it to me in a rude way
The worst location ever. They charged me for extra stuff and I didn’t order it when I asked why they were charging me for the extra stuff they are like I can’t give you a refund instead they give me the food. Worst customer service. Never coming back here again.

Been to this location a few times specifically at night between 11-2am. The workers that I’ve had are disrespectful and cannot communicate like a normal human being. Had issues with a dasher so I called the location and when the man answered he was extremely rude when I was just trying to help my dasher. A few other times they’ve also been rude through drive through for no reason just having attitude over us just being there as if they didn’t choose night shift.
