I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this location. The lady at the window was rude and unprofessional—when I questioned the price (because she told me two different prices), she rolled her eyes and gave me a dismissive attitude. I even asked if she was okay, and she responded sarcastically, “Are you OK? Are you OK?” On top of that, I was short-changed by two dollars, and she did not correct it. I ordered a double whopper, add cheese and bacon no tomatoes and large onion rings with extra zesty sauce, I received a double whopper with no cheese, extra tomatoes, and no zesty sauce. I went to the drive-through and I even asked the guy before I left because the receipt didn’t say cheese. Hey I wanna make sure there’s cheese on the whopper and he said everything has cheese. Just a little disappointing when you really want what you ordered, but that seems to be the standard for Burger King now.

Dec 3rd around 12:10 wensday went to grab lunch and was treated with nothing but disrespect right from the beginning started at the menu board the lady was very rude and sounded angry once I got to the windows She slams the door open gave me a dirty look and snatched my card I asked her for her name she wouldn't give it to me She is a manager at the store!!I asked for my receipt she said no she threw it away and slams the windows in my face then told me she was going to call the cops on me if I didn't leave.All while this was happening I was keeping my composure never rude or loud with her.Wow is all I thought!!I fill bad for the employees working under her if she treats her customers like that i can only imagine how she treats her employees.Burger king corporate you allow this at your business??

Worst burger king I have ever been to in 44 years hands down. Hair in food shitty service, French fries were cold and did get any napkins and it was the manager who helped me. Can't order inside to die to construction. I would recommend going somewhere else than this burger king!!!!!!!

I love getting food from this BK location, store 3939. The associates are always so friendly. The food is hot and the fries are fresh. What more can you ask for? Well, a clean parking lot and storefront. The manager must have something against trash. This fast food place Always has clean parking and clean windows. Fast service? Store 3939 even keeps up when you order a custom burger. Highly recommend.

Came in around 1:00 pm. Not to busy ..”We will be right with you “. Another customer had been waiting for a while . His order was ready but had gotten cold . They said they would remake it . Meanwhile , one of the ladies in front was cussing at the cooks in the back . Never got to take my order… Went to Runza and had a better burger ..

The manager was so rude, we went threw the drive we eat in the parking lot my husband had to use the bathroom so he went in when he was done when walking out she proceeded to yell at him for using the FREE BATHROOM and was tired of cleaning up after people he told her we just just went threw drive thew She said yeah right So I went in asked her name she wouldn't give it to me and neither would the employees cause they were scared of her. Cant find anywhere to file a complaint on her never been treated like that at any other place.. Will NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN

Every time I go to this location there is always an issue be it their system is down or heck today at 5pm they couldn't serve us because they were power washing the back floors. Come on at the start of dinner!! I will not be going to this location anymore!!!
