I have been coming to this location (#3939 50th and Center) for over 30 years. Recently this location was struggling with staff and service. (The facility could use a major facelift) But, I am so glad to see that there is all new staff! Customer service and quality has significantly improved! Even the frozen coke machine is working! Mireya works the drive thru window almost everytime I come through. She is always so friendly and courteous and my order is always correct. Good job to her and her crew!
Great place to go if you like food poisoning. I ordered two chicken sandwiches that both had brown, slimy lettuce. The chicken nuggets were so dry and hard that I wouldn’t be surprised if they were fried two days ago. Also, the person at the window nodded off while getting me change. Overall, it was one of the more positive experiences I’ve had at Burger King.

Service is really good sometimes and really bad other times, just depends on when you go.Vegetarian options: Impossible whopper is just a good burger whether you are vegetarian or not.
Had to have them fix my breakfast order at least 3 times because they don’t know how to listen the first time. Then the person that took my order originally kept getting pissy about it. Eventually they just refunded my whole order. Definitely don’t recommend this location. ?

Pulled thru the drive thru at 1pm, sat at the menu for over 5min before I'm told "sorry, we're closed until 1:30 bc we're on lunch break" LOL a lunch break during the lunch hour at a fast food restaurant, how does that make sense? There's not one person working that can throw a burger & fries in a bag?GO DOWN THE STEEET TO RUNZA...far better service & food

20 min for a chicken sandwich??? What the heck? And there is no way to get out of line or turn around at this location. This has happened the last three times at this location. Absolutely ridiculous!!

By far the worst BK in Omaha. If they aren’t closing early then they’re probably out of patties and bread. The one on 46th and dodge is better, this one is poorly managed
Pulled into the drive through. Received an invitation to buy some chocolate chip cookies. Didn't want those. Placed my order and . . . . nothing. No response confirming my order, and the order display isn't working. Waited a few minutes and still silence. Pulled up to the window and again . . . nothing. Eventually saw a woman walking back and forth between the seating area and food prep area. She did not acknowledge me. Several cars pulled up to the ordering speaker and then drove off. This was just around 7:00 p.m. on a Sunday. Left after several more minutes of waiting with no food.

Came at 10:15pm through the drive-through twice, only for the 1st time the lady never came on the speaker. The 2nd time she told me she was closed. I just left and went to another location.

For some reason or another this location always seems to be closed or not stocked with food. When just going there today September 2 at 9:30 AM I was told by a worker that she was going to close down for 15 minutes so she can get a break in and get these cars through the drive-through. There was only two cars in the drive-through at the time. You either need to hire better employees, more employees, or shut that location down as it never seems to be running anyways.

Placed my order and after I was done, the woman said she would not take my order because they were going on break,UNBELIEVABLY Lazy, take your break when you get home not on the job,Management needs to take a serious look at who's in charge of this mess and replace everyone involved, or close it down,So the Burger Kings that are doing the right things, Don't get a bad rap. Starting with replacing the RUDE girl at the window, with an adult,Arby's a block or so down the street took my 40$ order and thanked me. What a great place to spend my money, thanks Arby's
