I come here often for lunch order thru the app. I would say half the time it order is wrong even though it's right there on print. I'm allergic to tomatoes. An today got a burger full of ketchup an tomatoes insead of onion, an only single burger instead of double. Seems like every time I don't check it before leaving

We will not go back to this location. We live two minutes from here. My husband showed up and they were out of chicken fries and lids and therefore couldn't make our shakes. The food was ice cold. The staff was unapologetic and even complaining to my husband that our order wàs too large. Ok 4 meals was too much? The fries were also ice cold rubbery and the drinks were sour like they hadn't cleaned the machine. Already submitted a request for refund since the app allowed the purchase to go through even though they didn't have chicken fries and couldn't make shakes. Ridiculous. At least if you don't have a menu item, apologizing and compensation are the bare minimum customer service. I never make negative reviews but my girls were excited to try the Special Halloween meals. Huge disappointment.

I know it's Burger King, I'm not expecting greatness, what I am expecting is warm, if not hot food; I expect my order to be correct; I expect the sauces I order to be included; and I expect to get freaking napkins.
It would be one thing if this just happened once but EVERY DAMN TIME. How is this possible?! This time I remembered to check and sure enough, no marinara sauce or napkins, and when I asked, and told them napkins come standard they shut the window on me.
Then I go to eat 90 seconds later and my whopper has no cheese and is legitimately cold. I cannot tell if this is the impossible burger or not - seriously, I still can't! And I ordered on the app so it was easy to see that I wanted cheese and marinara sauce. Train your workers ffs!

I ordered a large fry and a small ice cream in a dish. The ice cream dish was only around half full and the fries didn’t look completely full either. I’ve coming to this restaurant for years and this was probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had with the food. The restaurant itself was nicely cleaned when I got there. The employees seem nice, but I was still left disappointed with the order.

I arrived 10 min before closing time which I know can be frustrating. There was someone else ordering when I pulled into the parking lot.

Ordered food at 11:24 pm off the app. 36.00 worth. Get there at 1132 and no one is answering the drive through. No one answered the window. When she finally did. She says she was closed. Knowing they close at 12. So we spent the last of our money to eat before romeos when we get paid.
