The workers here are very nice the location was very clean and the atmosphere in the location was my all time favorite my kids got a kids meal and argued about the toys they received and the employees went out the way to let her pick one so they wouldn’t fight !

They had no whopper buns and I had to wait 20 mins for them to get them from another store. It was a very slow day for the employees and they were relaxing. It makes no sense for them to have no buns on a slow day.

Customer service is absolutely a joke. The rudest employee helped me I swear. Where are you finding these people? Better fit for work that doesn’t involve the general public clearly. I don’t care if it’s fast food or not. I’ve done it. You don’t have to be a POS.

Had to go back twice..I ordered a plain double cheeseburger and got in return with everything on it so I went back to exchange, left and then found out it was a single burger wit everything on it instead of what I ordered

Typical Burger King. Fairly close to downtown, where we were staying. Hit it for Croissanwiches before exploring the town. Located on a main drag. Bathrooms are locked for safety, so you have to ask for a key. Not busy at 9a on a rainy Wednesday.
First time coming to this location because a lot of other locations suck. This location messed up my order too, I got no receipt which is not helpful because I doordashed the order.
Midnight or later is a joke at this place. They stop taking orders before 10:30. Been there multiple times and no one would take my order, before 11?
Update : this has been the slowest BK in all of omaha for years now. Why does the drive thru exist here? You end up waiting out front EVERY time. Frustrating.

Drive thru service was very slow for the amount of people working. I ordered the Jr Whopper meal with cheese, no onions, no ketchup and a strawberry shake. Unfortunately, the ice cream machine was not working. I then asked for a Strawberry Sprite and that wasn’t available either. I ended up with an orange Fanta. The gentleman working the drive thru was very nice. Before pulling off the lot I could smell onions. I checked the burger and it was filled with ketchup and onions. The guy working the drive thru admitted that he forgot to tell them no onions or ketchup. I thought that was very commendable. He made me a new burger and I was on my way. I can’t say I’d ever go there again but that was my experience.
