Our friends were in town and looking for a sandwich/burger/salad casual setting on their way to the airport, and they picked this location.
TBH, when I called to find out if reservations were needed and learned that it was in a Holiday Inn, which also had a water park; I shared this with them hoping they would change their minds as I had visions of chaos and kids running around screaming at the top of their lungs - not the setting I wanted to be in for our last visit with them before they left, never mind one that I would ever want to be in as I have noise issues, and I’m quick to develop a headache, and it’s hard for me to relax and hear/enjoy conversation in loud environments.
We arrived and the smell of chlorine from the waterpark was a bit strong when walking into the hotel lobby.
But, once we got into the restaurant I could not smell it; and, much to my relief there was only one other person in the entire restaurant/bar.
Cody was the lone man running in the place - bar, service, kitchen.
He was very professional but yet real and conversational, and an absolute joy to interact with. He even tolerated us gals’ unintentional silliness.
Food was very good! We enjoyed a Caesar salad, chicken strips, a bacon+ burger, nacho fries, onion rings, and fried pickles; amongst our group.
I am very picky in numerous ways, and having been in the hospitality industry for a portion of my adulthood - anyone who gets a positive review for me, has truly earned it.
If noise and kiddos are not of concern to you, this location would be a great fit at any time.
If you need/like quiet, then a Sunday midday/afternoon when the majority of checkouts have occurred, would be ideal for you.

I can’t speak for the food. It’s not clear how to get served, stood at the bar for a bit because the sign said ‘come on in’ but no one helped me or even acknowledged my presence (I only saw one employee the whole time so maybe that person was busy.) If you have to stay at a hotel nearby do yourself a favor and get food before you check in, there’s not much in a walkable distance.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We placed a lunch order for our party of 14 at Burger Theory on Cumming Street in Omaha, and everything was perfect! The food was cooked to perfection and ready right on time for our 11:30 AM lunch break. We were very impressed — not only with the on-time service for pickup, but also how amazing the burgers, fries, wings, and fish sandwich looked and tasted. We did a little investigating and found out the cook’s name is Carlos — kudos to him! Excellent job all around. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I came in for some burgers and fries on Wednesday and order The Classic Burger and it was made to perfection! Big shout out to the cook Carlos for getting my order right and having it done quick, as I was in there for my lunch break! I will definitely be back and will recommend my friends and family!

I went for lunch Wednesday expecting a average burger and experience, however I was blown away with how amazing the meal was! The burger was impeccably juicy and cooked to perfection, everything was hot fries were perfectly crispy and it was obviously made with such love and care. Shout out to Carlos the chef of our meal who even came out to check on us and seeing how much love and care this staff has for their food and service has made me a believer.

Service was slow ask for a drink the waiter never said it was out of stock had to ask for refills took over and 1 hour and 20 minutes to received food we were the only ones here will not be coming back here and wouldnt recommend it

We are staying at the hotel and tried to order online to pick up. After going through the entire process, the order wouldn’t go through so we called the restaurant. We asked if we could place an order over the phone and they said they can’t take orders from the phone, only in person. So I walked down to the restaurant, waited 5 minutes at the host stand before the server walked up. I asked to place an order to go and she stated that it would be a 35-45 minute wait. I said no big deal, I’m staying at the hotel. She then asked if we would come back later to order because the kitchen was too backed up (there was only 3 tables that were occupied while I was there). They lost my business because they didn’t seem to want it anyways.
