Place was totally dead maybe 3 other tables and it took an hour from the time we ordered our 2 burgers and fries til when we got them. Server was polite but the cook must’ve been high. SUPER SLOW. Food was decent but just took so long for no reason no drink refills were offered in the hour wait would never come again

It was state wrestling Thursday night and I get there was a bit of a crowd but nothing crazy. Basically sat at the bar like a ghost waiting to order. After 15 mins finally got a menu. Asked for a water and then the lady disappeared and didn't show up for 10 mins. Finally got tired of waiting and left.

Me and my family came to town for the Rascal Flatts concert. Me and my mom came down for a quick snack and drinks before the concert and Jessica was our server she was AMAZING !!!!! After the concert we came back for drinks and she was our server again she is so sweet great conversation and great service Burger Theory and The holiday inn was the best part of our trip! Will be back next time we're in Omaha
