The food was very expensive. I ordered the jerk chicken and oxtails oxtails were cooked very tender, but the chicken was at least three days old put in barbecue sauce. I was very disappointed after waiting 20 minutes. I received old food. I will not be visiting this place again and I do not recommend. However, the service was very nice.

The food was decent. The service definitely needs to improve he kinda acted like we were imposing on his day at noon on a sat. Also a up charge if you use a credit card also a turn off for me. When we were done eating said thank you and goodbye zero reply. Thinking I will not eat here again. Please care about someone paying 30 bucks plus.

Customer service was the worst at the time as I was on hold for 24 mins as I drove all the way up there for it to be one person in the lobby area waiting for food and the girl just standing behind the counter! I heard all of their conversations over the phone they were not busy just pure neglect and customer service at that point! But I'm not by far talking down on this place at all because I love the food but today was horrible as far as customer service and I spent over 60 dollars and she nor the owner even acknowledged the poor customer service after I had walked in still on hold and showed the girl I was still on hold and I took 4 different screen shots to prove it!!! They was no accountability from no one in there at all!!! I would recommend people eat there but I can't if thats the way they treat their paying customers! P.S I walked in and heard her boss say is that him and then he walked to the back... Accountability is key when you have paying customers!

Being a Jamaican this was underwhelming. It’s not nasty but there is no way they are serving this to their families
Omaha needs a better representation of Jamaican food!!

The Jamaican in me wishes that when someone opens a Jamaican restaurant in a unique location, the flavors would be on point. Unfortunately, it is not so for this restaurant and many others like it across the country. Hot pepper and whole pimento are significant in the flavors. The seasoning was concerning. I really wanted some good yard food )and was left disappointed. Service could have been more interactive and personable. There is no music in the background to create a little ambiance. Overall, I'm not impressed. To the owner and chef, I hope you can make some adjustments to really bring real jamaican flavors to the area. I am rooting for you!

Bought A beef patty..... Gave him a $10 bill he gave me back 5.00$!!! I was quite shocked... couldn't get a refund because I had it in my hand...We had a conversation about inflation. I wouldn't be complaining if the thing was good.. much smaller than the norm.. the fillling was smushy kind of looks like diarrhea... I don't think this place is going to be around long. As for me never again and it won't be missed

Everything I've tried here has been delicious. I'm Cajun, and the brown stew chicken is the closest a dish has come to a home cooked meal that I've ever had at any restaurant.
