The food was decent. The service definitely needs to improve he kinda acted like we were imposing on his day at noon on a sat. Also a up charge if you use a credit card also a turn off for me. When we were done eating said thank you and goodbye zero reply. Thinking I will not eat here again. Please care about someone paying 30 bucks plus.
Customer service was the worst at the time as I was on hold for 24 mins as I drove all the way up there for it to be one person in the lobby area waiting for food and the girl just standing behind the counter! I heard all of their conversations over the phone they were not busy just pure neglect and customer service at that point! Everything I've tried here has been delicious. I'm Cajun, and the brown stew chicken is the closest a dish has come to a home cooked meal that I've ever had at any restaurant.
