Took 20 minutes to get a soup and salad door dash order ready. Seems like it shouldn’t be a big deal but you are wasting door dashers time and money by having us wait so long to deliver the food you took so long to prepare!!

1st visit here. Restaurant was surprisingly empty ay 6pm Friday but by 630 pm all tables were full. Our waiter took our drink order and also offered us water which all 4 wanted. My Tuscan lemonade came out in a high ball type glass, was FULL of ice and had about a 1/3 of a cup of liquid. Not worth the $10.49 charged for it. Tasted like flavored water. Mozzarella sticks weren't golden brown but just brown and lukewarm. Salad came out with limp lettuce and before I could add salt and pepper our our entries came. The waiter came by and asked if we wanted him to put them on the warmer for a few minutes. To be honest they looked like they already were. When they were brought by out my lobster ravioli was not even warm and the taste, as such, was bland. None of us were happy with the outcome of the meals. I looked over and seen another couples meal come out steaming and their waiter offering fresh grated cheese. Not a very pleasant experience to say the least.
