Thank you to the staff at Carrabbas in Omaha for a memorable evening during the Director's Cut wine dinner! Angelica, Sam and Christina along with the pink cap chefs combined to ensure a great experience. Of particular excellence in addition to the wines, was the steak course. The filets were cooked to a perfect mid-rare and tender to the point of not needing a knife. Delicious!!

We had our wedding dinner at Carrabba's on Halloween and let me tell you, the staff was wonderful. They were all kind and helpful. Sam, our waiter, went above and beyond. We had a party of 10 and he was on top of everything. Drinks, done. Food, ordered and delivered incredible fast. He even went across the street at some point to get us a congratulations card. (I called to thank the manager and she told me.)
We went to have a dinner with our families not expecting...
November 2024
Went for the November Wine Dinner. It did not disappoint! Service was exceptional, Angelica, Falesha and Christina, were on IT! The dinner and wine pairings were just GREAT!. No stone unturned and have done these before but tonight was, not to overuse the word, exceptional!
