It would have been nice to know when I booked on open table that there would be a very small limited menu on NYE. It was disappointing, at least make sure those limited options are delicious and delivered hot. And for goodness sakes hire some younger staff to assist with table cleanup!! We only had one round of drinks due to the waitress not making it back to our table except to cash us out. Because she was helping bus tables.
We had reservations at 6 PM NYE. The limited menu contained plenty of variety of choices for all. We had chicken fettuccine, pasta with sausage and meatballs and a veal parm. Our food was awesome. Our salads were fresh and the dressing was the perfect amount. Our entrees were hot and plentiful - we had plenty for the next day! The breadsticks were hot and our server Samantha took great care of us. And although the Colorado Bulldog drink wasn't as good as the ones Colleen makes, it was delish! The weirdest thing for us Is first time we've been here and not one Cassio sighting! happy New Year!!
I really enjoyed my meal. The food was hot and delicious. The filet was so tender and scrumptious. The service was great. It was enjoyable all the way around.
Great historical restaurant right in the heart of Little Italy. The service is excellent as are the steaks. The sides, however, need to be updated. Limp asparagus was practically inedible as was the “salad” of a bowl of white iceberg with one baby carrot and a baby tomato. The pasta was overcooked and the sauce was watery. Please consider updating the menu to reflect today's diners.
Whenever we are town, we always make a couple stops at Cascios. The food is excellent, and the service is always very good and friendly. It is casual, no pretense, just great cookin and very welcoming!
A friend and I dined at Cascio's on Thanksgiving. It was insanely busy, you could sense the pressure the staff was under. They held up wonderfully and provided us with excellent, genuinely friendly service. Ashley was charming. Kudos to her and the rest of the staff. They were working their rear ends off. We had filet mignon and chicken parm, both were delicious. Cascio's is a classic Omaha destination for a reason. Cheers!
The fillet at Cascio's is consistently delicious. The pasta and breadsticks are a favorite.
First time visiting Cascio's. Food and service were excellent! Ribeye, Filet, and Sirlion all cooked to perfection. Medium rare, medium, and medium, respectively. Loved the note on the menu, "not responsible for well done steaks."
We had they're special, a T-bone, and the salmon. all the food came in a timely fashion and was served hot.. Had a combination plate for the appetizers. Salads with the house dressing were fresh and a nice size. The dressing is very good. The complementary bread stick were served hot and good as usual. They were busy but didn't effect our service. Will definitely be back.
Ruth was an excellent server and engaged well with our group. She gave great recommendations. The steak was delicious!

Our children held our 50th anniversary at Cascio’s. We had a party room that was set up beautifully. Everyone raved about the food. The service was next to none. Alfie, the owner, checked in several times to see if we needed anything. He helped set up our slide show. A real hands on and gracious owner. The waitress/bartender was very knowledgeable about drink orders. She was gracious and personable.
Cascio’s has been our family favorite for many years. Our parents took us to Cascio’s when we were youngsters. We took our children there and now it’s just a given that any special occasion is celebrated at Cascio’s. We’ve celebrated a wedding, New Years Eves, birthdays and now a Golden anniversary.
Why Cascio’s? Besides good food and friendly service, we feel like family at Cascio’s. It can’t get better than that.

I love this place! It is probably my favorite restaurant in Omaha. The atmosphere is so good and unique.
The staff are always so welcoming and the food is always good. I like to come to Cascios whenever I’m in town and I have never been disappointed. I will say that there are some restaurants in Omaha with better Italian food and slightly better steaks but none beat the overall experience of dining at Cascios .
