This place leaves alot of room for improvement. Today it inappropriate language at the register, not that I was ignored or not helped, but 3 or 4 F bombs while I was standing there. This store disappoints EVERY time I visit there. It is convenient but ill stay away for another few months. QT greats me nicely everything I come in. Casey's in Omaha you have a big problem that starts with hiring. Good luck.

Just don't ever, ever go to this location. I was promised a refund weeks ago for really large double charge. I remember when Casey's were great neighborhood stores. SOOOO disappointing. Would give zero stars if I could.

I'm a driver who frequents this gas station since August the restrooms have always been so nasty and disgusting never cleaned. Cashiers were always nice. Pizza is always to greasy! Yesterday I walked in seems they had upper management in because he was explaining some things that needed to be done in the kitchen. I went to the restroom and to my surprise it was so clean and smelled amazing it's like they got a new crew of workers hopefully this keeps up.

I've been into this particular Casey's location four times and it's been Awful every single time! Always 10 plus people standing in line waiting to be served by the unfriendly cash registers and managers, I was in there last night and I guess manager as she claimed and cashier were fighting about both of them were leaving an taken off because their babies needed them and they both just walked out the front door screaming at the unhappy customers who had to sit there and watch them fight instead of ringing people up, I told myself the last time I went there I would never come back but this time seals the deal
Will is absolutely amazing. I will be returning because of his expertise and care. Much appreciation for the team here.

Got gas here the other day and the pump put $150 hold on my card for what ended up being a $35 tank of gas. Because of this my card is being declined at other stores because all the money on the account is on hold. Since when does the pump put that large of a hold? This is outrageous and causes major problems for your customers.

Came to pick up pizza for a friend who placed an order for pickup. When I arrived nearly 20 minutes after ordering, they hadn’t even STARTED on the order and when asked about why not there response was just “yeah sorry, it’ll be 10 minutes”. Do yourself a favor and order from another Caseys
